Hey, some guys do G4P, we'll do Crossfit to fund our powerlifting and AAS, lol. :cool:

Actually I dont mind crossfit. Ive said it a few times, if its done right its ok. Plus I think the chicks are hot. But its too fast paced for me.

I don't mind it either, it's not for me though. No gains to be had as it's mostly cardio. I hear the top level guys don't even train Crossfit anyway, they're just strong and highly conditioned, so they clean house at it. If I thought I could even place I'd be all over it for the prize money, anywhere in the top ten would change my life right now.

Idk if my workout was really a crossfit workout or not but I liked the speed of that workout. Took about 1.5min breaks between sets. 3 mins between circuits and obviously no breaks between the exercises. My pumps were ridiculous. The only thing that sucked was fighting people away from my shit. My gym gets so busy everyone likes to come steal the shit. I got asked are you using that too. I was like yea GTFO here at least 10x

Hard to do circuIts in a busy gym. I do some of my accessory stuff at the end like that even if I don't log it that way. When I did the weighted planks, side raises and rear delts flyes recently I did them all together. Saves time at the end. I wouldn't do any of the big three that way though, I give them all the time they need.

I liked doing the oly bar like that. Bench squat and DL would suck
 
Alright went and tried on like 4 pairs of damn shoes. Ended up sticking with the AirMax. I couldn't find any other shoe that fit like they did

image.png Another one in the books. I feel my squat is making crazy progress. I paused the 410 reps like it was nothing. 45 second breaks at the most. Bench went good as ususal. I've been watching my food a little closer managed to wake up today at a clean 200.0. Trying to train as close to 198 as I can without jeopardizing anything. I feel just as strong at 200 as I do at 210. 2 more sessions and block 31 is done.
