Alright ladies. Crushed it tonight. I'm not gonna lie I did an extra set tonight to get a video of my DL with 435. I also got a bench video of 345 x 1. I'll post those up shortly. I never took more than a 1 min break between sets tonight. My strength is coming along very nice.

Thought you had an inzer belt? Also deadlift is looking a lot better since day 1 although you are shooting your legs straight a bit quick be better if you slowed the knee extension and fired the hips forward, ideally knees and hips lock out at the same time so you aren't stiff legging any of the weight.

No not yet. I have another good belt but it cuts my bad on DLs. So I just use that shitter. It's a work in progress but it's starting to feel a little better

Definatly looks better to bud not taking away from that for sure you look solid just picking it a bit hopefully get you another 10lb on your max in the future. Every little thing eventually adds up and although deadlift is the most instinctual and animal like I think it's also the hardest to make perfect

I appreciate all the feed back man. Everything you and everyone have shared has made a huge difference. Squats and bench are very natural but this deadlift business not so much. I be happy if I can hit a clean 600. Probably should be higher but I'm just getting started. It's been hard to perfect with all the variations I do. I'll make do for the rest of this run. Then it'll be more of a focus for me.

Yeah, the variations I don't know how much I like. You thinking about doing just some regular deads after Sheiko?

Once I'm done I'm gonna work on perfecting the form. It's a great all around lift but it needs to be done right. Not really sure what I'm gonna be doing after sheikos first go around. I've got lots of ideas. So who knows

Don't get Nike. A guy that is on this board and works for 'em in the UK said Adidas are a better quality. But idk I've never had a pair of Adidas, haven't had a pair of Reebok's since Dee Brown made 'em popular in The Dunk Contest. Lol I ordered a pair of Nike Metcon 2 last Thursday, really liked Nike Hyperzoom Trainer 2, but the Metcon 2 would be better for doing squats and would still work on the treadmill...I think/hope. If its just a shoe for the treadmill you're looking for check out Hyperzoom Trainer 2.

Here's a thread I made bout both shoes.
