Don't get Nike. A guy that is on this board and works for 'em in the UK said Adidas are a better quality. But idk I've never had a pair of Adidas, haven't had a pair of Reebok's since Dee Brown made 'em popular in The Dunk Contest. Lol I ordered a pair of Nike Metcon 2 last Thursday, really liked Nike Hyperzoom Trainer 2, but the Metcon 2 would be better for doing squats and would still work on the treadmill...I think/hope. If its just a shoe for the treadmill you're looking for check out Hyperzoom Trainer 2.

I have squat shoes. I have deadlift shoes. I'm good in that department. I am currently running in my old airmax but they are every bit of 4-5 years old and have no tread on the bottom. nikes fit my feet better than most brands. I've been checking the out the new airmaxs but having a hard time swallowing the 190 price tag. Also been looking one of the lunar models too. I'll check out the ones you mentioned for sure.

I've just been putting in a decent amount of cardio the past month or so and want to keep up on it. I'll let you know what I go with once i can get out and try some on
 
Last nights workout. I went a little overboard. Had lots to get out last night. Shits been busy hectic and annoying lately so I took it out in the gym last night. Did something I've never done before

I like my double bench days especially when I only have one squat session with it. Should be a good night. Hopefully it's a pain free night for ya
 
Alright I don't know if I'm on a light streak with this or if I'm getting used to it or what. I've been cruising right along. Almost to easy it seems. I'm trusting the program though I've come this far. Anyways. Hit everything with no issues and less than 1 minute rest periods.

I won't except anything less than 500. I'm praying for 525+ I started this program at a very very easy 455. I mean smooth as butter. I got 11 more day and i get to attempt 105% of my set maxes. I'll have a much better idea then.

Lmao. It was hard man. After 3 months of nothing over 6 reps really it fucked me up. I just needed a good solid pump for my shoulders. I don't get to work them a lot. So I decided to do as much damage as I could.
