Here is tonight's WO. Everything couldn't have gone better. Pumped about my deads tonight. I did 475 for 5 sets of 3 super easy. Form even felt good to me. I'm sure it isn't perfect but I feel I'm making progress.

You rep more than my current max. I quit. Im starting a crossfit thread. Whos in?
 
Personally, my coach has me doing my last lifting day on Monday or Tuesday for a saturday meet. so id stick with tuesday or wednesday last lifting day and give yourself 4-5days rest. come in completely fresh. you can walk on the treadmill or stretch/do mobility work if you need to be in the gym between wednesday and sunday.

I'll probably add one light day on the Wednesday before. Hit all three and rest till Sunday after that
 
forgot to add, my meet is 3.5 hours from where i live. i will be leaving friday after work and going to weight in. i could weigh in friday morning with my federation rules, but im cutting weight or i dont have anything to worry about at the end of day with a full stomach making the 242 class. end of day im genereally around 240. so it just depends on the federation you compete in.

id also would be down to have some of us meet up and do a meet together. we should plan something for the fall.

Honestly the most brutal part of tonight was the 6 sets of 3 on squat. 395 is to many small plates so i said fuck and just did 405. Let me tell you. It sucked ass

Did 6 singles of 405 2 weeks back and pretty much felt like I was going to crumble so for triples then having to go back to a bench and push 285 4x4 that's crazy. I dig following your log and dreaming of a big blast where I can run sheiko and hopefully push 80% of what you do :D

I've seen your weight to lift ratios. Your every bit as strong as I am. Imagine packing on another 20 pounds of lean muscle and doing your lifts. You'd run circles around me. Plus I'm pretty sure i got a few years on you for age too my strength has shot way up the last 2-3 years
