Rob's log part 2 (gonna take a crack at PLing)

Doing my best to keep out of the gym on "off" days. I gave myself 40 mins to get a pump tonight.
Seated OHP
3 sets of 15 with 155
Side raises
3 sets of 15 with 45s
Wide lat pull downs
3 sets of 15 with 140
T bar rows
3 sets of 15 135
Skulls
3 sets of 15 with 110

30mins of cardio and I was out.

Your "staying out of the gym" is significantly more intense then most people's "killing it in the gym" so bravo for that man. There's a reason you look like you do and it's that addiction right there that makes you think that's a light workout

Lmao when I got done with my skulls I was like damn I feel like the blood is pumping finally and I have to stop.

Today's WO was a breeze. I even had to help some friends move today before the WO. Moved from 10am-5. Workout was from 6-7:15. All lifts went great. Tomorrow will be another rest day. No weights at all. Maybe a little cardio though

I'm not gonna make any decisions until I see the results of how sheiko turns out. Id like to do it on my own but if I can benefit the money's worth I'll definitely consider it

If I end up not being able to spare the money I'll just run the same program I did last time except a few tweaks now that I know how it went the first time.

Last nights WO went ok. DLs went real slow. I think I was feeling the aftermath of helping move this weekend. They all went up but not all them were pretty. I did just round the 5x2 to 455 too.

Other news. I ordered my singlet and SBD 2.5 training wraps like 2 mins ago. Looking forward to giving those a shot. Making sure everything is in order for September.

You might want to throw them on for that. I don't know though, it'd change the numbers and you'd probably need to try them at least once first. I have no idea how much they add.

You definitely don't want to test a max right now. Maybe throw them on for one one your regular training sets here and there and compare to how the same weight feels without them.
