Rough night last night, got violently ill but lost 3lbs so yay :confused:. Might have puked up my AI not sure but woke up this morning with sore nips so Ima start taking some nolva to combat it for now. Also took my blood pressure today and I was 151 over 81 so gonna up my AI to .75 Ed instead of .5ed. And took 10mg cialis today. Was suppose to do my heavy deadlift day but I'm not feeling up to it so gonna do some speed work and back work instead. I'll post up later what I do for my workout
 
Quick update, I didn't do f***ing anything today besides lay down and watch Netflix after my movie, I've been feeling like absolute crap but only have 1 heavy deadlift day tomorrow then commence Deload week and I need it real bad.

Side note to anyone that ever wants to take DNP I had no previous knowledge of this but if you bust a nut it's fucking bright bright yellow like glow in the dark yellow, why do I say this now? Well after a couple weeks on it I called it quits with this girl I was relieving tension with and I wasn't seeing the well... End result of the sessions. So ya either be fuckingin the dark or make damn sure she's taking it down the hatch cause I'm 100% sure is she saw that radioactive shit she would have flipped! @Docd187123 why didn't you warn me if this lol:rolleyes:

How much does Cialis help with BP? Mine's been running a bit high, but I've had some major stress this week, so that may be the cause.

This morning I was 151/81 with a pulse of 92 waking up and I just checked for you its 127/71 pulse of 73 so all is better after just 10mg and 2 hours.

I like to keep the log fresh ya know.

@Docd187123 think that girl is a rarity my friend don't think to many of them want to mess with the radioactive stuff incase they become the hulk or something

Also curious about cialis and blood pressure. I figured it was the opposite but openly admit I know nothing about it and never used anything along those lines. Just googled and read can treat high blood pressure in lungs?

Don't exactly know what you mean by high BP in lungs? Like inadequate perfusion in the aviloi? Cialis is essientially a vasodilator and will open up your arteries and veins making it easier for blood to flow thru. I don't think dr Jim looks at my log so I'm not making it 100% scientifically accurate but essientially that's what it does and with a half life of 18 hours taking 10mg daily does wonders for BP. But if your having problem in your lungs specifically and you feel a construction in breathing then that's more of a asthmatic or COPD condition not high BP

No I don't need anything personally. Just curious and probably misunderstood what I read when I googled cialis uses.

Weight this morning 186 after a 4K cal day yesterday I'm hoping to get to 181 by Saturday so I can just eat and sleep all day Saturday for Sunday's meet as its 2hr weigh ins I don't really want to have to cut the day before and then lift but we shall see.
 
I would drop all the extras and just go through the motions on the big three and spend the rest of the time with recovery. I'd dial the cardio back a little, too. Just my two cents. I know it's hard to dial things back, but it pays off.

All the other things were just to fill my day up otherwise I get bored as hell lol. I'll drop all the extras next workout and nothing at all Friday Saturday. I can't understand people that say it's hard to go to the gym for me it's hard to not go to the gym or to not spend all my free time working out :p

I've missed my fair share of days though. Sometimes I'll just feel off and bail. I'm pushing through a lift right now where I'm trying not to puss out[emoji33].

So I don't have any jeans anymore decided I'd go shopping for some my waist is a 31.5 right now so 32s are perfect fit up top. Went to the Levi's store and they were at criminal prices so I went to quicksilver and tried on some pants and ripped a pair of 32/32 relaxed fits in the store and the lady said "we have some stretchy pants you could try" I hate shopping:oops:. Why can't it be acceptable to go to a party in sweatpants.

In other news my EQ hunger pains are finally leaving I've eaten 1200 cals so far today and I'm completely satisfied were as I felt starving at 3k calories last week same time of the day. Also gonna stop DNP tomorrow and probably just keep the rest of what I have for next winter. It's too damn hot outside I'm walking around sweating all day in shorts and a t-shirt at 5 Celsius and forecast shows a warming trend up to 15degrees later this week that's no beano. Be nice to see some bloat strip off with the DNP being done as well.

I feel the same way about jeans. None of mine fit anymore (WAY too small). But people look at you funny when you go to "nice" places in sweat shorts.

Also Im hoping EQ will help me with the hunger. Im frontloading my 1st dose today.
