Is it me or does this seem like it would be extremely hard to see what the actually hormone is? I was just about to place an order to test Tcyp, MastP and EQ but after looking at the color chart it would be hard to tell the difference in Tcyp and Mast. Seems 75% of the chart is made up of very similar browns.

On March 27, 2014 Mercury states he received the best customer service ever from labmax:

Something does not add up in your story, particularly if you change your story. I have been their customer and I have experienced the best customer support ever. They are very professional but probably got pissed off with something you did because no company would tell do not come back unless you did something.

I can definitly send them link to this story and see what really happend.

However, I am a bit concerned by your claims. Your advertisements claim your product can tell an authentic pharmacy quality product from a counterfeit. Can you please inform us as to HOW you are able to do that? You have been in the AAS community for some time, and you know as we all do that many counterfeits actually contain the correct hormone.

I have attached a copy of your advertisement incase you need a refresher.

We are not trying to suggest ROIDTEST can determine if a product is authentic pharmacy quality. Unfortunately, such determination goes well beyond the capabilities of this technology. It can often exclude pharmaceutical quality of course, but should never be used to confirm it. We do explain the limitations of presumptive testing on the product and website, and I hope customers are clear on that when buying and using it.

There is a lot the product can do, and a lot it can’t. Even with its limitations, I believe it a powerful tool, and am very proud to have my name associated with it. And this is just the start… a lot more to come!

You bring up a good point. Some reactions are quite distinct, while others appear similar. This is a large class of drugs with close structural similarity. We have the best compound-specific identification possible at the moment, and are working to expand the colorimetric fingerprint for each steroid. I'd say rIght now it is an excellent tool for spotting bogus products (steroid not in there), and ranges from a fair to excellent tool for identifying specific compounds, depending on the drug in question.

Later in the year expect to see a new reagent, and two new points of colorimetric differentiation for most steroids.

what do you mean by the "latest technology", there is no way to improve it beyond what was published already over 50 years ago.

50 years ago AAS were legal, counterfeiting was a non-issue, and many of the drugs we're testing for didn't even exist yet.

You and I, as well as many other members, can clearly see the advertisement claims your product can spot the fake. With notions like that, it makes me question the credibility of the product as a whole. I hope you can understand I am not meaning to attack you or the product, merely pointing out a way to improve the perceived honesty of the company.

We all dream of a home testing option that is easier to read and more reliable than labmax. I prefer your openness and willingness to engage us much more than Labmax's lack thereof, or hidden shills on our board.

I would be interested to try this product vs. labmax with some confirmed pharmacy grade product (my Watson TRT script, for example). I would like to compare it's readability, ease of use etc., what are your thoughts on that?

why don't you invite labmax, having big company here, with laboratory and chemists to provide some help and clarify things could be interesting .

probably they are not aware about this place but as far as I remember back sometime 2 years ago they provided members with free lab reports.
