Running check in thread

25 pound weight pack jog. Slow runs make you faster. Anyone else do this?

I’d love to see some other runners drop their times or step counts, we can give advice and tips here!

Here’s my morning fasted cardio:

I like a good ruck or once in a while. It will humble you, and it makes it a lot harder. At my weight with no pack I like to run 9-10 minute miles. I’m 220.

you aren’t wrong about the knees I will admit.

I used to ruck around with a 50 pound weight vest but it's been a couple years. This might motivate me to start doing something similar again once winter ends and my ass starts running daily.

It’s been a while but I use to be moderately fast at ok distances. My 3 mile time (about .1 miles shy of a 5k) was 16:00–16:20 when I was in my best running shape when I was in the military. I am about 5’9”-5’10” and I weighed 165-170 running that.

I’ve got another 40 pounds on me now and I’m slow as hell. I guess I don’t really train to run well anymore either.

What are you doing out there running for 9 miles? Lol man you’re nuts.

If you’re referring to the total step count I posted that’s actually just all my steps for the entire day. Right now I’m using doing 5-6 miles and those steps get added towards my days total. Big fan of slow runs, lower triglycerides and ldl. Works like a charm

Never again will I take 40mg anavar 20 cialis pre run. The pumps were so excruciating my legs went completely numb. But it’s arm day today so the gains literally can’t stop…

Nice here, whopping 50 degrees, spent a lot of time outside walking/running. End of the day step totals. I'm stationary the rest of the day. lol

You are killing it bro!! Nice work, I have to catch up

I’d love to consistently hit 20k a day. I’m sure you have a very healthy heart.
I would as well. I aim for 10k typically. what's your highest step count for a day/mileage?
