My screen name is just the first letter of my name followed by man... I will never know why I picked it. Just wanted to hop in and after I started posting I didn't want to change it.

My avi is Louis Cyr. I've always been fascinated by him... He was a strongman from the 1800's. No performance enhancing drugs in this guy's gym bag. He's been called the strongest person to have ever lived - debatable I'm sure but the stories are fun to read about. He once lifted 550 pounds off the ground with one finger and as well as a 5000 lb backlift. I believe it was basically a platform with 18 people standing on it. Anyways - he's been an idol of mine since I picked up my first weight and he's my avi for now.
