How much do ya weigh an how much more do you add on when you do em?

I haven't done them weighted since before my surgery in beginning of February, I haven't really lost any upper back mass either but my training is a lot tighter and more efficient now.

But prior to that I was doing 100lbs + 215lb bw for 4x3.

It felt like I got hit by a car everytime I let go of the chin-up bars, but it's worth it. Never got any injuries from doing heavy weighted pulls. Weighted dips on the other hand.... Broke my humerus mid-shaft in 2 needing surgery. That's why those arm wrestling videos you posted a while back scare the shit out of me. :confused:
