shoulder torn up

Wow, that's a lot of damage... I had a partial tear of the left Supraspinitis and got arthoscopic to stitch the fragment back in place. Took about 2 months to get mobile again, 6 months before any weight bearing exercises...

I used localized BPC-157, Thymosin Beta 4 and systemic GHRP's after surgery to help rehab it. I spent some time on a stationary bike trainer to get the heart rate up and keep the weight off. A bonus of increased blood flow can help get nutrient rich blood flowing to the site of healing.

I had the surgery dec 15th. I went back to the gym june 15th the surgeon slit the tendon and braided it, then he ground on the bone till it started bleeding then put a screw thru it to hold it in place.
I feel fine but im as weak as a little girl.

Did you get an MRI or CAT scan?
