Sigma QSC scam?

Placed an order almost two weeks ago with Sigma Chemical and haven’t heard anything. Sent multiple e-mails to them after payment with BTC hash (block chain did go through, I verified), address, and order verification, and they’ve completely ignored me. Upon some research it seems this company is highly undependable. Really regret sending them all the cash I did in crypto; does anyone know a way to remedy this?

i don't agree. Tracy was in the thread saying if anyone had an outstanding order with no tracking or confirmation to email them specifically. So I did too because I am in the same boat as @Rkbells. I have not received a response. I would ask in their thread but I don't have permission to post there. I cannot PM them either on this forum..

It's ok if the order is delayed but it doesn't make any sense to have no response for 3 weeks after making payment. Not when they specifically said to email them if anything it outstanding... I am ok if its slow, just acknowledge you have my money at this point and that i should get a package eventually...

I hate hearing about ppl in your situation, I would be going crazy if someone had my money 3 weeks. Imo if they wint be shipping in the next week they should tell you. The customer service there is terrible. There is too many other good Chinese sources now to bother with there shitty customer service. I just order from endura and it arrived in 12 days. They always answer with 1 hr also.
 
Ohh look another person from reddit came over here to make a account to bash qsc and not put in any time or effort in reading on this website to get ahold of tracy directly and post in tracy thread where she replies.. just post a thread title like this .. I personally use other Chinese labs now that have faster shipping better customer service snd lower prices along with 10ml vials not 8 or 9ml. Lucky qsc has alot of competition now so there gonna have to fix there lazy customer service or lose more customers

Did you order overseas? What is your country? If you're unhappy don't order from them, but it's probably things you'll experience with any. Tracking doesn't always show up instantly, packages aren't two day like Amazon. Get your stuff where you're satisfied....

These are problems that clog the real problems out there with companies.
US, ordered US domestic. Yes I'll obviously order from another source if this doesn't pan out but I'm trying to resolve it because most people have good experiences with QSC.
You just joined yesterday. This is exactly why it takes a month to get posting privilege in the underground. However, there is an option under your account to pay only $10 to gain that privilege. Knock it out.
yeah, I didn't have a reason to join until I just couldn't get a hold of qsc by other means and I hoped I'd be able to ping them on here. I don't think not posting prior is an indictment against me. I'd happily pay $10 to get a response lol, the 'upgrade' button doesn't work for me unfortunately.

I have not bashed anyone. I have emailed both the main email and tracy's direct email multiple times with no response. Most recent email to Tracy directly was Oct 10. Most recent to main mail was Oct 6. It's not all bashing, it's just people trying to reach them. What if they're actually not receiving any of my mail? What am I supposed to do if not try to contact them somewhere else, right?
How long has it been since your follow up email? Also, the most I ever get from them is tracking, and I usually have to ask for it. No "We got your btc, we'll ship your order". This is the case for most people I believe.
Oct 10. Here's my timeline:

Sept 25 - place order for US Domestic items, in stock.
Sept 25/26 (overnight) - received TWO emails with different BTC addresses. All good, paid the second one. Have double checked headers, they are the same origin. This is not a phishing problem. Also I have sent a few thousand in orders to other sources since, so I'm confident there's no 3rd party scam going on here.
Sept 26 - emailed payment confirmation/transaction ID
Sept 30 - Checked in to make sure all good (maybe I'm annoying here)
Oct 4 - checked in because no response
Oct 6 - checked in because still no response and also because QSC said on Meso to email if any missing comm/order/tracking
Oct 7 - emailed tracy directly because that's what they said to do on Meso
Oct 10 - final follow-up directly to tracy

You can definitely make the case that I'm being annoying but in my experience it is weird not to get ANYTHING especially when they are asking to email if we're missing any confirmation or tracking. This is a US domestic order.

It really seems like they just aren't receiving my mails. that combined with the QSC email account sending me a change in wallet addresses is enough to make me think maybe i should try to reach them somewhere else - like meso. What if one of the employees went rogue and decided to try to steal a bit of the crypto themselves? Easy enough - just block the email after. QSC could be a scam victim here and what am I supposed to do. Wait 3 months for a US domestic order before saying anything? I'm just trying to get a response so I know everything is good. Delay? ok. Have to wait for a restock? Fine, shit happens.

Welp, apparently we’re dumb for asking. Glad to hear someone is in the same boat. Timeline is similar, did the same things, also received a change in wallet address.

I don't care to attack anyone. Maybe people are used to dumb complaints/issues but if multiple people are experiencing the same thing where they place an order, they get payment instructions - payment instructions CHANGE - and then no response ever afterwards, maybe there's a reason for that pattern.

That's pretty weird, and it sucks that there's no easy way for me to get a hold of @Qingdao Sigma Chemicals because it might be easily sorted out

Dont know if you have seen them, but there are some thread's where fraud/phishing e-mails were mentioned to scam for BTC/orders.

If you havn't already, double check the e-mails, all of them between you and source, and make sure you have the right ones.

100%. I am familiar with phishing/fake email attempts but that isn't the case here. All contact emails were copy/pasted from QSC's posts here and I've doublechecked the email headers to ensure everything is kosher.

Initial email I sent order to:
sigma@sigmachemical.com.cn
email I received response from:
sigma@sigmachemical.com.cn
email with changed BTC address:
sigma@sigmachemical.com.cn
emails I've followed up with, to no response:
sigma@sigmachemical.com.cn
tracy@sigmachemical.com.cn

All headers investigated, again. The only way there could ever be a bait and switch would be on their end. Again I am not making an accusation but if there are multiple people experiencing the same thing where they were told one wallet address and then another, and the email never changed - it's worth looking into. But again I cannot get a hold of QSC/Tracy at all. I made another email address and sent an inquiry this morning, just in case, we will see if I get a response.

The 2nd wallet address provided, that I sent payment to, received approximately $17k over the course of a week. Most transactions were on Sept 25/26. If I could reach Tracy by any means it would be nice to investigate. All it takes is one sales rep skimming a handful of orders... that much money is probably more than their salary for a year.

no, I am not. I am simply trying to reach QSC to resolve the issue. I have explained why I am giving my anecdote here - which is that if I did not, and there were a large problem (like the hypothetical explanation) then I would be fucking other people over by not mentioning it.

I am not a Meso veteran, this is true, but my understanding is that we don't want customers to be scammed. If there is a possibility that a source is having issues that leads to customers money disappearing, am I not doing the right thing by just giving my anecdote?

I have not accused QSC of scamming anyone. I am simply trying to reach them because currently we're 3 weeks without any communication, and a wallet address was changed in the course of 6 hours. This is weird and worth mentioning.

I think if you were experiencing the same issue you would also be trying to contact them.
