Sigma QSC scam?

Placed an order almost two weeks ago with Sigma Chemical and haven’t heard anything. Sent multiple e-mails to them after payment with BTC hash (block chain did go through, I verified), address, and order verification, and they’ve completely ignored me. Upon some research it seems this company is highly undependable. Really regret sending them all the cash I did in crypto; does anyone know a way to remedy this?

j/k... Probably a lot of "logistics" involved with an order(s) that size.
The 17k isn't all me. It's how much $$$ went into the 2nd address that I was sent, the one I sent funds to. Just to illustrate how many people were paying the same "changed" address. Just another data point to speak against a phishing issue.

I just received my first order with QSC and am very pleased. All of my communication was via WhatsApp. Have you reached out through +8616503300980 ?
 
US, ordered US domestic. Yes I'll obviously order from another source if this doesn't pan out but I'm trying to resolve it because most people have good experiences with QSC.

yeah, I didn't have a reason to join until I just couldn't get a hold of qsc by other means and I hoped I'd be able to ping them on here. I don't think not posting prior is an indictment against me. I'd happily pay $10 to get a response lol, the 'upgrade' button doesn't work for me unfortunately.

I have not bashed anyone. I have emailed both the main email and tracy's direct email multiple times with no response. Most recent email to Tracy directly was Oct 10. Most recent to main mail was Oct 6. It's not all bashing, it's just people trying to reach them. What if they're actually not receiving any of my mail? What am I supposed to do if not try to contact them somewhere else, right?

Oct 10. Here's my timeline:

Sept 25 - place order for US Domestic items, in stock.
Sept 25/26 (overnight) - received TWO emails with different BTC addresses. All good, paid the second one. Have double checked headers, they are the same origin. This is not a phishing problem. Also I have sent a few thousand in orders to other sources since, so I'm confident there's no 3rd party scam going on here.
Sept 26 - emailed payment confirmation/transaction ID
Sept 30 - Checked in to make sure all good (maybe I'm annoying here)
Oct 4 - checked in because no response
Oct 6 - checked in because still no response and also because QSC said on Meso to email if any missing comm/order/tracking
Oct 7 - emailed tracy directly because that's what they said to do on Meso
Oct 10 - final follow-up directly to tracy

You can definitely make the case that I'm being annoying but in my experience it is weird not to get ANYTHING especially when they are asking to email if we're missing any confirmation or tracking. This is a US domestic order.

It really seems like they just aren't receiving my mails. that combined with the QSC email account sending me a change in wallet addresses is enough to make me think maybe i should try to reach them somewhere else - like meso. What if one of the employees went rogue and decided to try to steal a bit of the crypto themselves? Easy enough - just block the email after. QSC could be a scam victim here and what am I supposed to do. Wait 3 months for a US domestic order before saying anything? I'm just trying to get a response so I know everything is good. Delay? ok. Have to wait for a restock? Fine, shit happens.
Did you get this handled yet? Tracy just posted today that if anyone is still having issues to email him directly using his tracy email.

Good timing!

Resolved today. Tracy responded directly to an email I sent from a different account and cited stock issues as the reason for the delay. Now have a tracker for a different but acceptable substitute.
