Hey guys,
I found your forum through research because last week I had a lab done and it seems like I have low testosterone. I had it done because I sometimes have fatigue, a general lack of energy and oh yeah I don't have any libido at all. I specifically asked my doc to do some T testing and the result came back very low, total T of 235 ng/dl. The doc said even though it is low he wouldn't do anything about it. Now, I'm not too happy about that because I'm only 30 years old and I thought it can't be that my values are below the range that is considered healthy.
I should add some data about myself: I'm 5'10 and I weigh 149 lbs, caliper says 16% body fat. I've been lifting for as long as I can think and I'm doing all the basic stuff such as squatting, deadlift etc. but I can't build a lot of mass.
Now I know that question sounds silly, but because I don't know if it will be better on TRT, should I be doing something about the low T?
