So, it seems like I have low T

Hey guys,
I found your forum through research because last week I had a lab done and it seems like I have low testosterone. I had it done because I sometimes have fatigue, a general lack of energy and oh yeah I don't have any libido at all. I specifically asked my doc to do some T testing and the result came back very low, total T of 235 ng/dl. The doc said even though it is low he wouldn't do anything about it. Now, I'm not too happy about that because I'm only 30 years old and I thought it can't be that my values are below the range that is considered healthy.
I should add some data about myself: I'm 5'10 and I weigh 149 lbs, caliper says 16% body fat. I've been lifting for as long as I can think and I'm doing all the basic stuff such as squatting, deadlift etc. but I can't build a lot of mass.
Now I know that question sounds silly, but because I don't know if it will be better on TRT, should I be doing something about the low T?

I would suggest eating more and doing another test/s. For being 5'10" tall you weigh very little and don't have much muscle mass. Calorie restriction lowers test levels

I think there are some options to bump your test like hcg or some estrogen blockers if you don't wanna do trt. Not my expertise but there's info on it here I've read. Good luck

Hey guys, thanks for your replies so far!

@Docd187123 You may be right, I'm skinny fat and am trying to cut right now and calculated my tdee to be 1950 kcal/d, so -20% = around 1500 kcals.
Eating more seems to be the best approach so far, even though I wanted to shred some fat before building mass. Might have been a stupid idea but I am not happy with all that flab at the moment.

I'm not living in the US, but I am seeing an Uro in a couple of weeks. However, as I was saying, docs don't like to prescribe these things over here...

In the USA our health care system is profit driven , so it's never hard to find a doctor to prescribe testosterone if you have cash.
I take my wife to see her Dr next week , she gets test pellets implanted in the butt cheek.
When her levels peak about a week later she will have more test than you.

Well, capitalism has its upsides and I wish I'd live there but in my socialist country masquerading as a democracy everything that can make you manlier is vilified.
That being said, good for your wife, I envy her lol.

Yep, 2000.00 a year and she gets to feel good.

Once you get checked out with the urologist you can look into black market trt. I do mine that way, but drop the cash for my wife.
Girls are more complicated than the guys
