[Source] GODTROPIN--HGH promo: satisfaction guaranteed or refund

Sure, I understand. But you explaining this to me means nothing, because if this is an arrangement we would have discussed I’d be fine with it. So the fact he brought this public then I have to assume you didn’t share your thought process with him. Or did you and he just wanted to out you anyway. Which is it?
 
1.the pack was shipped to belgium,normally it takes much longer than to usa. then in the end, the tracking shows it was delivered. but the client said he didn't get the package, thats why i asked him to check with the post office first to see what happened with the package.

2. he went to post to talk with them several times, and he said the post couldn't find the package, so i trust the client, i reshipped

3, so he couldn't trust the post office in belgium, he asked me to reship to france ,then from france to belgium.

4, with all this trouble, im afraid to lose another 5 kits, so i reshipped 2 kits first to france, then from france to belgium, after the client got the first 2 kits safely ,then i reshipped the rest 3 kits to france, then to belgium.

of course, with all trouble, it takes 1-2 months, but whats the problem with this order ? why u just jump on the source without knowing it.
and all this small things can be done by email, why make scandals here for no reason?

All of this is correct, this is pretty much how it happened. (Except on the tracking site, it still says 'en route, will arrive in two days', but that hasn't changed in over a month.)

I just didn't know you only reshipped two kits. If you had told me this in advance, I wouldn't have come on here to complain publically. A communication problem I guess.

I'm glad the rest is finally on its way. Long shipping time indeed, but that's not the source's fault.
 
Well now we know lol. One post is all it took to get to this conclusion but instead godt it took you 4 posts and a shit load of in between arguments to know you and him were never on the same page. Communicate!!
 
A little late to the last discussion but the way everything played out is exactly what the underground forum is for!!

A customer had a issue. It doesn’t matter how big or small that issue is. It doesn’t matter what the customer says about the source. When anyone has money hanging out there then it becomes personal! If someone thinks they’re loosing that money then emotions will pour into a post and negative words are sure to come out. :oops:

@godt240 as a source here you know it’s a members first kind of board at Meso. And yes, we look out for fellow members here first.. not sources, that’s why you advertise on paid boards...o_O
I know you want to keep negative posts out of your thread but that’s not likely going to happen HERE!
It’s up to you to fix any problems that come out in the open. Just like you did recently with @Koyan and like you have done with others before.
You just seem over dramatic and focus too much on keeping out “drama” and “negative” reviews because you point it out every single time something negative is posted. Looks like to me that you always fix any issues. So maybe just focus more on getting to the bottom of the problem to solve the issue, instead of focusing on negative reviews on an UNCENSORED forum!

i'm the source, of course, i do my best to take care of the clients, i wont send bad stuff to ruin my reputation. and i have nothing to hide to the clients here. but the clients here should also understand a little the source, for ex, if u have small issue, like pack lost etc, u could contact me by email to solve the problem, if i said i wouldn't solve the issue u had, ok, u can post everything here to tell the others im not honest source, but if u post every small issue here before we communicated, then other members here also jump on the source without knowing the story, then it makes the thread messy.

i will always control the quality gh with good price, if u r interested, u can take promo, if u ever have issue, u can contact me by email to solve it. if i don't take care of your order, u can share the bad experience here. 90% issue, we could solve it by email, why we need waste the others time here ?

I will agree that communicating through email is usually the best way to go about solving problems. It’s a one on one conversation that should be straight forward, to the point, and sorted out by each party in a timely manner.

But... I also think that posting on a sources thread is another way to communicate. It’s just a more open way to do so.
I don’t agree that it wastes members time reading it. In fact, it should help potential customers make a better decision when they are questioning how a source goes about problems, big or small. When they read that a source takes care of issues, doesn’t sweep them to the side, or make excuses then I would think it would be in favor of the source.
When the thread gets ‘messy’ then you should be thankful that you have a board like Meso that you can explain your side of the story openly to the members here so they can have a better understanding to that situation. This may help you more than you realize because they see how you handle yourself when facing those issues.

Instead of thinking that problems being posted out in the open is a negative thing, maybe think about it in a more positive way. :)

We all are here to discuss openly about our experiences. You are here to offer/provide services to your clients.

So true. Every source sooner or later has problems. It's how they respond to said problems is how they are judged. Some of the most reputable or respected sources here have earned their stripes by politely, professionally rectifying those problems with the customer and community.

Stay respectful and humble.
 
It's my very personal opinion that communication should be kept to e-mail / private unless the source is refusing to fix a fuck up - in case of no response, a brief post here asking the source to check their mails is usually sufficient.

That’s how I go about it too.

I did have a issue with getting my package from @godt240 a little over a year ago. My local post office said the postal inspector took the package for further inspection. Freaked me out btw!
I pm’d @godt240 here and told him what had happened and he resent me another package. It came without problems.
Some members may choose to communicate here on the thread in the open instead. Maybe to see what other members opinions are on the matter, which I see no problem with if that’s how they want to do it.
There’s really no wrong or right way on how someone decides to communicate when it comes to getting an issue fixed.
The important part is getting the issue taken care of...

A man after my own heart when it comes to these matters. I almost feel like I'm not needed? I was getting ready to post similar rhetoric.
I kind of like how this source handles himself. He's venting been blowing off a little steam in his last few posts. I don't mind. Its good to remind him like you did. He usually acts right..but thats because he's happy with his income. If that were to ever go I'm certain he'd be a different guy altogether. We'll see,...
 
I admit that i overreact sometimes for the complaint. my appologize.
after 7 years on gh, with all lab analysis, blood tests and feedback from thousands of clients, i have confidence on my gh. and i control very well the quality. but of course sometimes, few customs got red welt randomly, sometimes, the package get lost etc, its not big issue, u just need contact me, and i will take care of it.i never try to scam the clients. i always try my best to take care of the clients. just be relax, and hope we can deal with everything smoothly. u need high quality gh with good price, i need some profit. thats why we r here

Why are you blaming Godt and crying like a child? Clearly Belgium Post lost your package after it reached your shores from China. Be happy he reshipped at all - that's not a seizure, just a misdirected delivery due to your postal system's incompetence.
 
actually, some issues are not my fault, u don't need to blame on me, u just need contact me, and i always do my best to solve the issue, even not my fault. coz i don't wanna u guys lose the money, i want u get high quality gh with good price, and u enjoy it. thats why i prefer lose my money to reship to u, for me, the reputation is most important.
