No it is not in pressed form. It would be hard to split the dose in my opinion.

I would just dissolve the capsule in a known volume of water then split it accordingly through the day/week however you want to do it.

The capsules can be opened and you can eyeball a split. Should get pretty close. The active ingredient and filler are evenly mixed.
