Great workout today. Felt good so added in a chest and shoulders pump workout at the end. Weighed in this morning and weight is still holding steady since last Monday. Today is day 2 of week 4 of this cruise. So far so good.

Great program. Had a lot of fun with it. Took on some gold shaped from it and learned some new tricks and techniques along the way. Going to take tomorrow off and then starting Friday dive into Creepig Death 2 and give my body a little shock with a pull/push/legs split for a few weeks before blast time comes.

It’s 12 weeks. I’m only gonna hammer out the first 6 and then move onto the Gauntlet for my blast. Although I’ve been thinking about taking a longer cruise of 12-15 weeks instead of 10 so I’m not too sure yet.
