Strive For Moreee

Fuck yeah man, I’m excited to watch us grow next few months with Creeping Death 2 and Sentinel. Maybe we can get @Morefyah to run a JM program too
I think we could definitely convince him @Morefyah !!! I only have a few left to complete my collection of his programs !

Finally ordered his band pack too! Got my set of grip4orce in the mail the other day they’re awesome. Little tweaks like that make a huge difference. I got 6 weeks left of this cruise then it’s go time !

The grip4orce are like the fat grips but they require actual pressure to keep them closed on the bar right?

Grip4orce has an inner-core Resistance that thick or regular bars don't have. The act of squeezing the bar firmly is important for safety and crucial when looking to develop strength and muscle. With the Grip4orce, the increased hand tension will produce an immediate increase in the force of joint flexion and extension, thereby promoting faster gains in grip strength and activating more hard-to-reach muscles throughout the body. So yes, it does require you to apply force to them, which in return causes more muscle activation that we normally won’t get with a smaller radius of grip especially for men with big hands and etc... makes the exercises a bit hard but also activates the muscles a lot more as well. I’m a fan.

Well damn. I’m gonna have to become a fan too soon. Thanks for the info

Ha, your a mind reader man. That’s exactly what I was thinking. I would like too start on a more intermediate meadows program while I cruise for the next 12-14 weeks.’

My next blast probably won’t be until December. I have 40 ml of PCOM mix 3 that I really need to use. It’s been in the stash for almost 3 years. It’s seems like a good mix for a bulk, and I want to do as little pinning for the next 6-8 months as possible!

It’s Test E @ 200mg/ml
Deca @ 200mg/ml
Tren E @ 100mg/ml
So only pinning 1 1/2 ml Monday and Friday will yield a solid dose with minimal pinning.
Test E @ 600mg
Deca @ 600mg
Tren E @300mg
That’s the plan!!

I like the idea!! Sounds solid. My next blast here in 6 weeks is going to be Test cyp, eq, npp, and probably Superdrol. I’m looking forward to it and hopefully a good “dry” bulk is my goal. When you decide what program you wanna run shoot me a pm I have damn near all of them bro.

Fuck yeah man, a great bulk mix! I did an all pcom blast last year and no complaints. Good gear. Better be for the cost. At the time I gave their mix 3 a serious look, but went with short esters instead.

That’s a great dry bulking stack. The Superdrol is going to be the game changer though! I’ll definitely take you up on that offer with the meadows program. That would be really cool and Its time to switch it up anyways.

Lots of rowing today. Second exercise was supposed to be 1 Arm Barbell Rows but I swapped it out for the HS ISO Row. I just don’t get the great connection with 1 Arm Barbell Rows like I do the iso Row. Same movement and grip pretty much so. Whatever.

Meadows states at the beginning of this program that the last week is amped up and he hasn’t disappointed me yet. Leg day earlier this week crushed me. Legs are still sore. Chest was good and back today I achieved a nasty lat pump which is normally a challenge for me. But slowed things down and dropped the weight a bit. Definitely HAMMERED iso Rows today. Which got me hype for the rest of the workout. DB pullovers wasn’t too strong. Not sure if it’s from my lats already being so fatigued or what but it just felt wrong.

Anyways. Cruise is going great so far. Strength has minimally dropped and I’m still getting leaner. Most of all I FEEL GOOD most days which is great. Gonna keep hammering the last week then it’s onto the meadows pull/push/legs split to end the cruise and “Onelaught” has my name on it come blast time.

Iso rows are great, they are very well designed and built machines that just flat out work, unlike most machines. Like the Nautilus pullover, another bad ass machine.

Super glad you are feeling great so far during your cruise, when typically this is the time of a comedown. Will be awesome if you can completely surpass that stage!

So far so good bro. This is the end of week 3 so my levels are definitely down a significant bit at this point. Still just pinning 200mg of cyp a week. Gonna wait until week 5 and go and get blood work done. I agree. The ISO Row just hammers my lats. I think from now on I’m just gonna use that when it comes to one Arm Barbell Rows. Meadows Rows afterwards were ball busting. But even with those I feel it great. Good stretch and everything.

I’m surprised Carnage doesn’t feature Meadows Row much. Haven’t done em since week 3 or 4. Hopefully they make an appearance between weeks 9-12, I love the exercise but need more work with it. I was definitely improving my contractions but didn’t have it fully down when they stopped appearing in the program.

OFF DAY

No cardio. Day off of work as well so took advantage of it the next few weeks are going to be very busy at work so might be lucky to get a day off a week for the next 3 weeks. So today was lots of clean food, couple naps, and some extra EAA’s that’s about it.

Pinned 200mg of test cyp this morning as well with a dose of .5mg of adex. Also, Thursday’s I take another dose of .5mg adex.

No major changes start of week 4 of this cruise. Began adding more fruit into my diet, avocado, and sauerkraut. I recommend all three into anyone’s diet. If you don’t know why read up on it. They’re all very beneficial.

Day off for me too brother. I’m not doing leg days on my deload to give my hip flexors and upper quads extra time to heal some. More specifically I think I really overworked my upper sartorius, upper rectus femoris and iliopsoas  Now at least those 3 should be committed to memory for my anatomy final on Wednesday ha

I have almost the same adex protocol with my 200mg TRT, I take .5 e3d. EAA’s, perhaps I should be take those and creatine during my deload.

Fruit is the best way to get your simple carbs in post workout. Pre and intra as well. The sugar is real and packs a micronutrient punch.

If I use creative I use it everyday. Workout and non workout days. 10g pre workout or 5g in the morning and 5g before bed. Don’t know if that makes much of a difference. Sometimes I’ll throw. Scoop in my intra Shake as well. But EAA’s I firmly believe in. They are magical but I truly feel they make a big difference when accompanied by consistent training and nutrition. Fruit I’ve started incorporating a 1/2c in the morning with breakfast, 1c after workouts, and 1c in the evening before bed. I love fruit and should eat more of it. The sauerkraut is tremendous for your body too. I’d recommend it for gut and heart health.

Yeah good call, I’m gonna add sauerkraut to the diet plan I’m working on. I know it’s a potent probiotic that can supercharge your gut’s nutrient absorption.
