I mean is, if they started at 200 and dropped 25 pounds. Their “maintenance calories” would be different now. If they’re still eating like someone who’s 200 pounds the fat would come back over time vs if they ate less because now they weigh less.
I’m just trying to wrap my head around a fat rebound in a week where it all comes back. Even with genetics and too much calories, it should take longer. He didn’t initially gain that fat in a week.
And sorry to hear about the small dick lol
[emoji23] not in a week, no. Don’t believe that for a second. Then again, a week of eating pure junk, gorging, and not training could bring a somewhat of a bulge back.
