I mean is, if they started at 200 and dropped 25 pounds. Their “maintenance calories” would be different now. If they’re still eating like someone who’s 200 pounds the fat would come back over time vs if they ate less because now they weigh less.

I’m just trying to wrap my head around a fat rebound in a week where it all comes back. Even with genetics and too much calories, it should take longer. He didn’t initially gain that fat in a week.

And sorry to hear about the small dick lol

[emoji23] not in a week, no. Don’t believe that for a second. Then again, a week of eating pure junk, gorging, and not training could bring a somewhat of a bulge back.

Exactly lol. I’m trying to wrap my head around the few posts I’ve seen with people saying a week after their dnp cycle, they had a “rebound” and the fat came back [emoji23]

Off topic I know.. is it necessary to post pics of product?

Just saying, keep a code of secrecy here at Meso.. ?

I get a little un easy when I see pics of product. [emoji2357]

This is Meso, let’s not turn this into ASF or erroids. [emoji2357]

I agree 100%. ArmDay handled it appropriately by deleting pics.

I wouldn’t necessarily agree. Posting pics of products helps legitimize the review. Maybe don’t post pics of the package type and packaging method, and shipping labels obviously. I would encourage people to include photos of product. Otherwise this forum will be full of “hey all was good, got the stuff” and nobody perusing the thread would be able to make an informed decision on their purchases. I in no way would like a harm reduction forum to be based solely on what some rando types into a “review”. Unless it’s a respected member, if there’s no photos I don’t even consider the review. Just IMO

i did lose a good amount of fat and i adjusted my calories after DNP.
the rebound was quick so perhaps it was lost water weight not actual fat? i doubt a fat rebound would be so quick with my diet, my muscles filled up too.
i was especially flat on last day of DNP.

i dont regret the run, lost good amount of fat, didn't get shredded, sides were manageable.

im not here to shit on anybody im here to tell my results, everyone's body's different ofc.

Good to hear because I’m really exited to try it soon!

Funny that you mentioned this. Muscular Development had a study on those who lost weight/fat and rebounding. They stated 60 percent of people gained a significant amount of weight back in 2 years if they don’t continue to train and eat right. This is across the board, not only with DNP use, but a “whole” in general. I was a culprit of this as well, when I stopped boxing. I boxed for 8 years, after I realized I won’t get any of my brain cells back, [emoji23] , I quit and went from 174 to 219 in little over a year. I still lifted and trained, (not as much cardio), but my diet wasn’t the best. Within the past couple months, I buckled down, threw on my sauna suit and started to train more and eat better... I’m back down to 193. The moral is, nothing is going to vanish your “stubborn fat” besides consistency and eating right. You can take dnp/clen/ephedra and the like till your blue in the face, but if you have that “gene” that stores fat relatively easily, well my friend, it’s all going to come back if your not on your game, regardless of what compound.

Cheers [emoji1635]
And old school it is.......

There’s no way they re-adjusted their calories/and, not train as consistently. Don’t get me wrong JC, it will help shed, but what you do after you stop will determine the longevity of your results. Genes are everything. (Hence the reason of my small dick) [emoji23]
Gotta throw this in.......hahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!! Me too.

After reading several of your posts, I agree with you. Never used DNP however, competed several times and the post contest, post contest diet rebound was amazing. I'd gain 15 pounds in one day after a contest. The body is so deprived and depleted it is waiting for this opportunity to hang on to what is being consumed.
And you said you went flat on the last day of DNP....you were way far depleted. Be careful with that shit bro. Read some approved medical studies about it. Johns Hopkins, Mayo, etc.....
I'll admit, I'll try about anything to gain a edge, but this shit.........It's in a class all it's own. It can be a life changer in many ways. Good luck Rester.

My understanding after reading a lot of literature a while back is that DNP doesn't have a rebound effect, like ceasing a cycle of T3. Some users tend to overeat after quitting DNP, causing fat to be regained. I'm not 100 percent sure in your case, may be what you stated.
