Well alright!!!! Man I appreciate that.Fyi, you can multi quote different members and respond in one message. If you click +Quote on all the people you want to respond to, you can then insert each one into one post and add your own comments below them.
That's what virtual brothers are for...lol.All the years I’ve been here, yea relax this handle is still new ya fucks... I still never actually used the quote thing cause I never knew how lol
I am no physician; but I think that may be excessive. My doctor, who gives the exact same injections, will not do more than (2) 1ml injections for a male each week. I asked him why and he just said "It is not helpful". I did not look into it further.
I have read that excess of some B vitamins is wasteful because the human body will excrete excessive amounts as waste products, unchanged and unused.
For the "lipotropic" additives: I just do not know. I use 1ml per week and would not go over 2ml per week since my doctor advised against it.
Something for thought: I paid my clinic $58 for each injection. This was a cash payment and not covered by insurance. There are hundreds of people there each week getting these same injections. It is, in essence, a cash cow for these clinics.
I'm sure that they would love to inject people every day to make more money; so there is a good reason that they will not do it.
Yea I think the best dose is 4-6iu. You can go higher but I never seen the point expecially if ur using pharm grade hgh... Idk how much you will see in two weeks , but u'll deff notice ur hair and nails if it's decent and if ur training u will deff notice an increase in recovery for sure. Keep me posted on how it goes I'm suppose to get blood work when I do I'll let u know cause I'm gunna get off thrown in there alsoYour talk about HGH sparked something in me. Possibly just wanting to see what the results will be while quarantined. I started mine yesterday. Only 2 iu a day for two weeks just to see. Then I'll go to four iu split. I'll let you know but you may have to remind me. lol. I am doing some body weight exercises and using bands at home. That's all. So this could be interesting.
BTW, previously, when I went to over 6 iu a day, I became very lethargic also. 10 iu a day is the most I've ever done. The higher I went, the more sides I had. And generic's also. 5 or less seem fine.

That all sounds so unappealing. It's funny how some read about it and are eager to dive in. I look at it and think wtf? No way I would touch that shit.ok a week since i completed my 2.5 weeks 375mg DNP (last 4 days were 500mg)
note - i was fairly lean to begin with 15%-17% bfat.
- on last day of DNP i was excited because my very stubborn lower stomach fat almost disappeared, no way!
- week since stopping i must say rebound is real, my stubborn stomach fat rebounded quite a bit.
- overall i notice quite a bit fat loss. im less wide etc.. perhaps if i was less lean it'd make more significant difference.
- i kept my diet good throughout & after.
- side-effects: hot, night sweats, insomnia, frequent bowels, no strength to workout, looking very flat. was lucky to have colder weather here in the northeast.

You compete and you were sitting at 15%-17% and you used DNP in preparation for a contest? How much weight did you lose? How much weight did you gain back?
Was it worth all those awesome side-effects?

This is my concern. If the fat comes right back, then DNP sounds like a dangerous waste of time.
I definitely get and agree with that. I’m sure those people didn’t re-adjust their calories for their new weight. But I’ve read a few people say the fat rebounded back in a week after DNP. That sounds crazy. Others say that didn’t happen. I guess there’s only one way for me to know how I’ll respond lolFunny that you mentioned this. Muscular Development had a study on those who lost weight/fat and rebounding. They stated 60 percent of people gained a significant amount of weight back in 2 years if they don’t continue to train and eat right. This is across the board, not only with DNP use, but a “whole” in general. I was a culprit of this as well when I stopped boxing. I boxed for 8 years, after I realized I won’t get any of my brain cells back lol I quit and went from 174 to 219 in little over a year. I still lifted and trained, (not as much cardio), and my diet wasn’t the beat. Within the past couple months, I buckled down, threw on my sauna suit and started to train and eat better... down to 193. The moral is, nothing is going to vanish your “stubborn fat” besides consistency and eating right. You can take dnp/clen/ephedra and the like, if you have that “gene” that stores fat relatively easily, well my friend, it’s all going to come back if your not on your game, regardless of what compound.

There’s no way they re-adjusted their calories/and, not train as consistently. Don’t get me wrong JC, it will help shed, but what you do after you stop will determine the longevity of your results. Genes are everything. (Hence the reason of my small dick) [emoji23]
