I read here this morning and I didn't understand what I had posted that was so wrong---until I reread my post after I woke up good.

I can only assume it was because I was tired; but I could have sworn that I typed in there that: the existing stock will be 15% off across the entire injectable line with the caveat that the lots with contaminants could have not been isolated.
This will not be stackable with the XMR discount.
Speaking of XMR: there have been new developments in the effort for cryptocurrency tracking that have caused me to pause on the 'XMR only' currency policy. I do not have enough information to say anything for sure; but I will update as i know more.

I am still not open for new business because I am still nowhere near going through it all.

It will be a week to 10 days before the sterile vials are delivered and more days to have them filled and labeled.

I can only guess that I was thinking about it the way that I would read it. This is what I thought as I typed:
I determined the source of possible contamination to be my vial sterilization.
I am no longer going to sterilize my own vials.
I am not refiltering or throwing away what I have; so people can buy them at a discount or I will use them until I am 2046 years old.
I am not open for new business right now.

I didn't see anything wrong with saying those things; but I was incorrect for assuming it would be read the same way by everyone else.
I never intended a flippant or disrespectful attitude in anything I wrote. However I will admit that my mood was less than tolerant after some of my email conversations.
Still I did not intend any sort of rude tone to come through my type.

Also, @Rival and @limitphobic : Our business was already dealt with in my mind; so none of the photo comments applied to you guys. In fact, I am unsure if it applied to anyone posting here. If we have not handled business; please give me some time to get through the emails. I never make promises; but I do promise to handle each person with the same level of customer service. I am just currently inundated with emails.

Also, I will announce here when the new vials are ready. At that point I will announce the method for becoming an exclusive supplier.

no you definitely handled my emails respectfully/quickly and took care of me. When I had read your original post I mistook it as aimed towards a few including myself. Now that you’ve elaborated, i appreciate you pointing that out and emphasizing what you meant. I think that’s a good move on your end.

Hey Sym, I sent you an email the other day after our initial emails a few days back about the floaters. When I sent the most current email I got your auto reply, I’m not sure how auto reply works on proton so this may be a stupid question but does that put me in your queue of emails to be answered? Or does that consider my email opened and therefore you won’t see it?

Point being that you’re taking the sources word that he grabbing from the correct stock.

I was expecting “tossed the old shit or at the minimum re-filtered the old shit. There will be NO floaters moving forward.”

^^^ THAT is accountability. He’d know if there was a floater in the future he’s outta here.

You guys are allowing him the excuse “it must have been from the old stock” for any floater that pops up.

It’s setting our standards backwards.

To be honest, this shit wouldn’t even fly at the paid board.

Im curious about this as well. I ordered before everything kind of hit the fan and when I sent a message about the order I have already placed, I received an auto reply and am curious if that means he won’t see it.

I see where you are coming from. I Figured I’d offer some kind of solution to the situation, especially since I’ve only had good experiences with sym( no floaters, infections).....so to get this clear you want sym gone?

The solution should be “toss it” or “refilter it” or “don’t sell it” because if anyone finds a floater moving forward, he’s DONE.

Honestly, I can’t believe he’s getting a second chance. That doesn’t happen often for this. Sasquatch had a hair in a vial one time I believe. I guess this is similar? I don’t know. It’s a lot more than one single vial though.

Edit: To be clear, I don’t ever want to see another floater in this thread. That’ll get the boot. Sterile or not, guys don’t need shit floating in their gear.
