Not sure how relevant this is but is it common to have a chunk of the filter cap rubber pop off into the vial? If that does happen I know you’d want to avoid injecting that foreign material in your body but what do you do with the rest of the vial? Filter it? Or draw as usual and visually inspect each injection to make sure it’s not in there?

I backload insulin syringes but use a 20g needle to draw so the chances of something coming off is possible.

I've always tossed the vial. I've known guys to filter it, I just don't bother with it.

honestly you can probably draw around it, I also don’t think it would fit in. A 20-24 g needle. If you want to be completely safe toss it. Filtering it is fine but extra work and money (not a ton but), and going around it isn’t recommended but I can see people doing it.

I'd still filter it brother if you're not tossing. This issue only came up like a little over week ago if I'm not mistaken not a couple weeks ago.

I’m definitely going to. Kinda following the thread to see where people are getting their filtering shit from as I’ve never done it before.

You think even if there’s no visible floaters i should still be filtered? My thinking was since this issue clearly has been going on for months if there’s no “visiblel floaters then everything should be ok? But this is all new to me so I’m asking to learn.

For piece of mind and to avoid sepsis or the least an abscess I would filter it, personally providing it wasnt a huge investment I'd toss it and start over if it was a recent purchase but that's me and others disagree.

I dont see how anyone who's recieved a recent order from him could possibly pin his oils without filtering and not be a nervous wreck. If something hits your bloodstream that your body isn't happy with you're gonna know it really quick.

Dude 18 g is way to big. I use 23 and 25. Sure it takes 30seconds instead of 1. But long run the top of vials is good after a while. Espicially since i use 30 mL vials

Yeah, I just run 22g, even with my cruise cyp at 100.
10ml vial lasts until the end with no floaters or issues with the rubber

I haven’t heard back from him after I asked for a reship, but if I tell go for the refund instead for piece of mind, do I have to use a separate BTC wallet or can I receive the coin from the wallet I paid with? I’ve never got a refund in BTC before lol

No. Still waiting for a reship on my end. I’m guessing he’s waiting to reship after he’s done filtering into the new pre-sterile vials (that we’re supposed to arrive last Friday).

I’ll update everyone if I receive anything.

Like you said, guys are the easy step away from home brewing. They just need to spin raws with BA and BB and then add carrier oil. They got the more difficult filtering process down.

Once you're filtering, you might as well just brew the gear...

They’re using syringe filters so there’s a little waste but not 2 to 3 ml

Just oral raws in a suspension alone is huge cost saving.
10g of Var is under 100 bucks.
