I really love running growth. Love the fullness and recovery. There's just something about it.
But whenever I see an older picture of any of the Youtube gear dudes Havens, Vig Steve, Big Paul, John Jewitt... I don't want to end up with the facial changes all those guys have. In their old content they have normal facial features, and the newer content you can really see the difference.
I'm a mid 40's dude. The two times I tested IGF naturally it was 160 and 190.
I think I respond very highly to HGH, because on 2.4iu of SSA GH, I get a Z-score of 2.5 with an IGF of 300.
On one blast I was running 3.6iu of QSC GH and pulled a Z-Score of like 5.3 and 530 IGF. At those doses I do get some hand numbness.
I was wondering what Z-Score does everyone target for a blast versus a cruise to avoid the facial changes?
Would it be too aggressive or crazy to push Z-Score of like 5 for 20 weeks, then when I'm cruising shoot for a Z-score of 2-3?
