Test E/NPP cycle

Read what I wrote. Op originally wrote Monday, TUESDAY, Friday. He since corrected it. I'm on an NPP blast currently pinning Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
What else are you using with it? Are you just running a normal test base with the npp or another compound on top of that? I decided to keep it simple but for a future cycle I would like to run a third compound but I'm not sure what or if I should add the third compound. I have plenty of time to research. I really like the test E /NPP so I think I'd like to build off that base.

Another smooth pin today. Will be back in the gym tomorrow for chest/shoulders . Feeling pretty good so far. We will see what the week brings .

So third week into the cycle and I have to say I'm feeling pretty good. I had another good workout everything seems to be improving week to week. My energy is up as well. Great chest and shoulder pump. Almost no pip from yesterday.

I'm looking forward to that. So far every workout the last couple of weeks I've seen improvements today was no different . Pinned the npp this morning. I'm glad this time around that I did some research and spoke with knowledgeable people before cycling. I can't believe how stupid I was when I was younger with this shit.

Great leg day weight wasn't up but I got in some solid reps in. Tomorrow will be pinning both compounds which will finish up my third week of the cycle. It's an off day. I'm thinking about switching up my routine for next week just not sure what I'll decide on.

I believe the test is starting to kick in. Did a full body workout and did not want to leave the gym. I felt really pumped and a ton of energy . My weight and reps increased quite a bit this week. Looking forward to the next 13 weeks. I'll be doing bloods again 3 weeks from Monday.

Yeyey! You're past the the 3 week hump. You're going to start slaying every workout.
Yea buddy! Yes yesterday was amazing can't wait for next week. I'm off today and tomorrow . I've heard about certain compounds increasing your appetite , but what about npp? I am hungry 24/7 and have to force myself not to overeat. Is this just a side of the npp or should I consider upping my food intake? I don't remember seeing anything about npp doing this but I could of missed something .

I haven't read that about npp specifically, but maybe your body is adjusting to the increased workload and upped your metabolism.

I read your log and you really seem to have the dieting down, should I adjust my intake or should I wait a couple of weeks and monitor my weight ? I'll fully admit I'm a little weak in this area and would appreciate any feedback . When I was younger I just ate whatever I wanted as long as it contained protein and carbs. I didn't really count grams and calories of what I took in, just ate whatever. Now days I'm trying to take a more professional calculated approach .

Thanks man. Well I'm certainly no nutritionist but I try.
You mention in your first post that you're looking for size and strength so you can certainly up the calories if you so wish. The first thing would be to log everything you eat and see how many calories you eat every day and go from there. Another option is to just keep eating the same and if you plateau then up the calories a few hundred. And of course cut out white carbs as much as posible. Do you know how much protein you eat every day?

Yes im eating 281 grams of protein , 375 grams carbs, and up to 125 grams of fat in my diet. I have been logging everything but at times struggle for this exact balance. This puts my total calorie count at 3750.

Hmm, sounds like you already knows whats up with your nutrition. Thats a lot of food to still be hungry on though.

Yeah a bit :P Just finished peace walker for the first time on my vita. The second stick helps tremendously.

I just beat the new one on the PS4 it's a shame it will be the last one Kojima will ever do.

Starting the 4th week of the cycle. Just pinned this morning and off to the gym tomorrow. Looking forward to my workouts this week , I think I'm going to change up the routine just haven't decided what yet.

Yeah it is a shame but Konami were being jerks according to all reports.

Oh I love changeups. What I like to do is I sit down and write down the exercises I would normally do, so my list might look something like this:
*Lat Pulldowns
*Cable Rows
*Bodyweight dips
*Military Press
*Bicep barbell curls
*Tricep press down

And I write an alternative to each one, so the new list might look like this:
*Underhand lat pulldowns
*Bent over dumbbell rows
*Dips (don't really have an alternative exercise for these)
*Front lateral raise
*Cable curls or dumbbell curls
*Close grip bench press

And I stick to my main list mostly and then once in a while I just do the 'alternative' list. Keeps things spicy. Some people hate that though. They just do the same exercises again and again and again, which is fine if it works with them.
