What else are you using with it? Are you just running a normal test base with the npp or another compound on top of that? I decided to keep it simple but for a future cycle I would like to run a third compound but I'm not sure what or if I should add the third compound. I have plenty of time to research. Yea buddy! Yes yesterday was amazing can't wait for next week. I'm off today and tomorrow . I've heard about certain compounds increasing your appetite , but what about npp? I am hungry 24/7 and have to force myself not to overeat. Is this just a side of the npp or should I consider upping my food intake? I read your log and you really seem to have the dieting down, should I adjust my intake or should I wait a couple of weeks and monitor my weight ? I'll fully admit I'm a little weak in this area and would appreciate any feedback . When I was younger I just ate whatever I wanted as long as it contained protein and carbs. I didn't really count grams and calories of what I took in, just ate whatever. Now days I'm trying to take a more professional calculated approach .I haven't read that about npp specifically, but maybe your body is adjusting to the increased workload and upped your metabolism.

Oh I love changeups. What I like to do is I sit down and write down the exercises I would normally do, so my list might look something like this:Starting the 4th week of the cycle. Just pinned this morning and off to the gym tomorrow. Looking forward to my workouts this week , I think I'm going to change up the routine just haven't decided what yet.
