Test E/NPP cycle

Yeah it is a shame but Konami were being jerks according to all reports.

Oh I love changeups. What I like to do is I sit down and write down the exercises I would normally do, so my list might look something like this:
*Lat Pulldowns
*Cable Rows
*Bodyweight dips
*Military Press
*Bicep barbell curls
*Tricep press down

And I write an alternative to each one, so the new list might look like this:
*Underhand lat pulldowns
*Bent over dumbbell rows
*Dips (don't really have an alternative exercise for these)
*Front lateral raise
*Cable curls or dumbbell curls
*Close grip bench press

And I stick to my main list mostly and then once in a while I just do the 'alternative' list. Keeps things spicy. Some people hate that though. They just do the same exercises again and again and again, which is fine if it works with them.
That's a good idea I'll try it out I have so many routines written down its starting to get cluttered . I'm going to just rewrite it all and start fresh.
 
So another week and another great workout. This week I'm switching it up with the routine. For the rest if my cycle im going to do a micro phase routine that resets every three weeks. I really need a big change and shake it up a little. 4 weeks into the cycle I'm feeling great I believe that the test E is starting to really kick in. My wife is sore and almost can't find my balls anymoreo_O.
 
What else are you using with it? Are you just running a normal test base with the npp or another compound on top of that? I decided to keep it simple but for a future cycle I would like to run a third compound but I'm not sure what or if I should add the third compound. I have plenty of time to research. I really like the test E /NPP so I think I'd like to build off that base.


500/450 test/NPP. Just added 20mg sdrol 9 days ago and holy hell. It's amazing. Running 1.5g TUDCA as well.
 
Well glad that I change the routine up some feeling great pumps he last couple of days. When I did my biceps this morning it felt like they were just going to explode . Good fucking day. Two more weeks then some bloods.
 
Well I have to say really starting to hit my stride. My diet is really on point. It was a pain the first couple of weeks but it's going good know. My body fat is down from 20 to 17.2 and switching the routine up is working well. One more pin this week then on to week 5. I have legs tomorrow , unfortunately I have to do them in the evening instead of my normal morning routine but such is life.
 
Did some legs today and I had a blast. Legs really are my favorite workouts. Week four is done can't wait until next week. I think I will be going to the doctor, the body acne is getting bad and starting to piss me off. Going to try and minimize it.
 
Man I have been showering twice a day most days. My problem is I have mild body acne when not cycling. So my cycle is just making it worse.
 
Luckily their not so big but before it gets bad ill just get some type if prescription for it. Either way I'll just have to deal with it through the cycle.

Another week started today. Pinned this morning went well, will be back in the gym tomorrow. Feeling great and I'm starting to fill out nice and the muscles definitely feel denser than normal. Weighed myself and I went form 238 to 250 with a drop in my body fat. I guessing about half of that is water weight but not bad in my opinion.
 
Well no gym today was up all night with a sick child. So instead of my normal 4 day split ill just go for the next 5 days. Sucks I really wanted to go this morning but I was just too exhausted and don't think it would of been a good workout.
 
Got a decent workout (chest/triceps/calves) still getting good pumps but due to barely sleeping the last two days it wasn't my best performance:(. Overall still feeling good and going strong. Hopefully I can get some decent rest tonight. Just about to pin the npp then off to work.
 
Had alot better workout today got my normal 6 hours sleep and felt great this morning. Hit some back/biceps and abs today. This new routine is working well keeping the muscles confused. Even getting good and sore. Can't wait for bloods one more week of pinning and I will get them really curious about where my test is at.

I never get sore when I am gear..off yes but not on. Kind of miss it sometimes :)
