Test E/NPP cycle

I ran several over 20 years ago. Caught my girl with another dude while on one and caught some prison time. Been getting my life back the last decade and a half; got a degree; out of debt; moving up the corporate ladder and now I'm ready to improve myself physically once again. When I ran the cycles years ago I had no clue what PCT or on cycle protection were. And because of that I am having gyno surgery next month. As soon as I'm recovered I'll be ready to blast.

Well, make sure to purchase a in home blood pressure kit. I use mine through the day.

When your estrogen raises you can experience bp issues from extra water retention.

As far as your estrogen if it is doubled you shouldn't have any issues, and will benefit from the higher levels to build muscle.

If you experience water retention and you don't like it, instead of using more AI, you can use dandelion which is a mild diuretic. At low doses you can use daily, but if you want to shed it off fast, then use a little more.

@Roger rabbit I was planning on getting a blood pressure kit because mine has always been borderline. I was also planning on ordering some hydrochlorothiazide for reducing water, but maybe I'll try the dandelion. Never heard of it before. You're a wealth of information!

My wife is a nurse so she checks mine daily as well. I usually get damn near a full check up every day by her.

It is because when she gets that close to me my test filled hormones take over then it's on and cracking. In all seriousness it's nice to have an RN looking after my health.
 
So another week down. Hit legs was able to get my squat in at 485 but only once but I'm happy so far during this cycle I was able to significantly add weight constantly every week to my workout. Very good run so far.
 
So on to week 14. This will be the last week for my npp and I'll finish up the cycle with just the test E. From there a short cruise just to get my bloods to a normal baseline then on to the next cycle which will be sust/npp. Got to love npp.
 
So not much to report. Started week 15. This and next week I will be using just test. Then on to more blood work and start my cruise which will be a short one. Just long enough to get my blood work back to normal. I have some goals for this year so I'm planning to do two 16 week cycles this year.
 
Well once again this season I've managed to catch the flu. My diet and workout has been fucked up all this week. So I think I'm going to end this cycle one week early so I can start my next one as soon as possible. I have certain goals I'm going to do this year and I will make them so stay tuned. Will be taking bloods Monday roughly around 60 hours post pin.

So I actually got stubborn and decided to finish out my cycle. Guess I didn't want to waste the juice. Sorry I haven't posted in a few days it's just been a shitty week for me. Anyhow I managed to gain 18 lbs while on cycle and this week I'm going to start my cruise. I would say over all it was a successful cycle. Had a couple of bumps in the road but that's how it goes. Since this really was my first proper cycle it was as much as a learning experience as anything. I would like to thank everyone who gave me feedback these last four months this really is the best community of this kind. A special thanks goes out to @Roger rabbit and @Apexvallen. You guys jumped on board early and your help and advise was extremely helpful and encouraging, thanks guys! So I'm sitting at the doctors as I write this waiting for bloods. Unfortunately my bloods will be closer to 60 hours since last pin but that was the earliest I could get them. I should get the results in about seven days and will post them here and in the lab section.
 
So since this was a considerably light cycle im only going to be doing a short cruise and probably start another one in 4 to 6 weeks. I have some specific goals this year so I'll probably be on more than off for this year only. My next go around will be 900mg/sust and 600mg/npp per week and will start another log as well for this one so stay tuned folks.....

Sounds like you are about to see major gains if you keep that diet in check[emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
 
Yea I have an even better plan next time around. I really learned a lot this time around and will be even better prepared. The last couple of weeks it sucked due to sickness. Then to boot the owners of my restaurant decided they didn't want a violent ex felon running the show and shit canned me. I haven't been arrested in 18 years but all of a sudden I'm not good enough even though I made them a ton of money. So honestly this has affected the diet some. Thankfully I know how to put money away so I'm not hurting to bad but it's not good either.
