@Cramps88 I am totally sorry for hijacking your thread!!!

@Roger rabbit I totally agree with Dr.Jim! But my doctor doesn't want to believe that only a couple of cycles done decades ago could do this to me. I know when it happened. It happened when a buddy of mine, who was a huge, huge bodybuilder back in the day thought it would be funny to have me do all kinds of shit and I was stupid enough to do it with no type of on cycle protection or PCT at all. Now it's going to cost me over $6k to fix it. I just hope the recovery doesn't take too long so I can go on a cycle. I'm sort of wondering if I should cycle first then have the surgery post cycle???
 
Easy way to get some added calories is olive oil. 1tbsp is 200 calories.

Take 1 tbsp peanut butter and 2 tbsp olive oil and you just ate like 600 calories my man[emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]

These are the fats you need to eat, this is the gooood stuff, ya might also think butter is bad, nope, a good grass fed butter has all kinds of CLA's for ya. Go on and eat whole Greek yogurt too. Coconut oil, cook with, throw in shakes Love that stuff!!

Well, most don't understand mono and poly fats. These are excellent for you and have positive effects on lipids. Infect, the Mediterranean diet which is suppose to be one of the healthier diets is heavy in both. Olive oil is mainly these two.

Agree with cramps everything looks fine from what I can see.

I wouldn't go off that study and to try to bring your estrogen down to 28 because remember, you are adding something to your body with AI that affects your lipids, and isn't necessary with estrogen at the level you have.

Agree!!!! But use unsalted butter[emoji12][emoji12]

More people want to use margarine, but here is a fun fact.... ever see a fly land on margarine ? Nope! Because it's one particle away from being plastic, flies aren't attracted to plastic. I'll never put that stuff in my body lol.

I ran several over 20 years ago. Caught my girl with another dude while on one and caught some prison time. Been getting my life back the last decade and a half; got a degree; out of debt; moving up the corporate ladder and now I'm ready to improve myself physically once again. When I ran the cycles years ago I had no clue what PCT or on cycle protection were. And because of that I am having gyno surgery next month. As soon as I'm recovered I'll be ready to blast.

And no, I wasn't doing Tren at the time. It was only Test and Dbol. If I were doing Tren then I'd still be locked up.
