The hunt for a new lab for testing

NMR and GC-MS are amazing for identifying the substances.

AFAIK NMR and GC-MS ain't too good at quantifying (how much is there).

HPLC is king for quantifying.
Eventually, the next tester
can get away with a $25k HPLC machine
like these
Isocratic HPLC Systems
and no NMR / GC-MS, instead relying on retention times (the time when the peak appears) for crude identification.

Hey does anyone have HGH testing standards for calibrating equipment? I might have a lead domesticly, but will more than likely need to get a standard for them to setup the machine for testing HGH, it's currently setup for something else

Any Canadians, or anyone else, send samples to lab max? I enquired with them to test some methenolone acetate. $190 CAD for hplc testing. And its domestic for me.

maybe you could use pharma seros?

Someone else mentioned that. Unfortunately the person with the equient isn't ok using it for that. Marijuana just got somewhat legitimized out here and the hgh is back on the other side of things.

Whay do you think about FTIR Spectrometer?
Is it a reliable method to test if your var is in fact var and not 50% flour and 50% dbol?

Have access to free analysis in Canada

I wouldn't ask master.on.

He is as clueless as he is mentally deranged. You are better off asking in more general terms on chemistry forums/subreddits, if you want second opinion.

Quick question, is gc/Ms, nmr, a sufficient means of testing for oils? I am still learning about all this stuff.
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectroscopy for the Identification of Anabolic Steroids - MESO-Rx

Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy measures the effect of this electron field on the nuclei of the atoms of the molecule. In this way, a characteristic fingerprint is obtained for the molecule.

An NMR spectrum therefore is pretty much (not quite absolutely, but good enough for our purposes) “proof positive” of chemical identity.

LOL, made my day, really.

If any meathead who had not majored in chemistry manages to decipher spectra as convoluted at those of oils, they are in a wrong field.

It's an equivalent of an article "Why buy steroid raws when you can synthetize them yourself?" It will just cost more, will require a load of time and will yield uncertain results, and frankly it makes no sense at all, but hey, don't be so unadventurous.

Being a productive member of society, I'd suggest that approach with LC-MS. Won't cost much more than NMR, lab won't bother to determine what each component is and it's far easier to look up steroids by their molecular mass for separate peaks (what average person can do with google) than deciphering convoluted NMR spectra (which is PHD level chemistry).
