I'm curious to where you all started and how lifting has changed your life. Before I found the gym I was on a bad path and am lucky to still be here for a number of reasons. I could never find anything to help me kick my bad habits until I started lifting. I started hitting the gym around 21 and was 135 pounds at 5'9. I could barely press 30lbs DB. About a decade later I'm clean and weigh in at 208 currently.
