First I want to thank everyone for their patience on receiving reimbursements.
To answer the question everyone is asking on replacing TE, Yes we will be replacing it on a mg basis. Since our vials are currently at 202mg per mass spec, we realize there are shortages of roughly 50 mg per vial.
e.g. if you ordered 3 vials of TE you ordered 750mg and received 600mg. we will be replacing as follows:
If you ordered 3 TE you will receive 1 TC
if you ordered 4 TE (1000mg) you will receive 1 TC
etc..
if you ordered 6-8 TE you will receive 2 TC
Any orders above that will also be addressed per individual order through email.
We will not be replacing TE if you ordered 2 vials (500mg) or less. since you were short 100mg if you ordered two, or 50mg if you ordered one, you will receive free shipping on next order. This provides a better discount than store credit since we will not be sending
out partial vials for 50mg or 100mg of product.
As far as OA goes, this will be replaced 1 of two ways, We are waiting on new powders from
new source, until then you will receive as follows:
(we are going on mass spec saying the tabs are a little over 6mg as we have several from this batch remaining)
if you ordered:
1 x OA (20mg/tab #60 tabs) you will receive #120 tabs of OA dosed at 6mg to complete your order
2 x OA you will receive #240 tabs
etc..
As far as TP is concerned, we will be replacing it on a 1:1 ratio with TC
We feel this is the fairest way to reimburse everyone as they will be receiving the exact amount they should have received when they ordered.
As we have said in our emails, we will be mailing these replacements on this week, please be checking your emails if we have questions about shipping.
We will be posting our new product list with prices later this week as well.
