Treating acne from steroid use

Had severe acne on my chest, shoulders and some on arms as well as face.
Blasted the shit out of isotretinoin which helped my skin but fucked my nails and dried me out

So far what works best for me, with least sides, are sunlight and the miracle drug Vitamin B5.

This shit works wonders and I can only advise everybody to try out Vit B5.
Using 8 grams at the moment my skin looks as good as on 60mg accutane WITHOUT all the sides.

I've had phenomenal results controlling acne from previous cycles with low dose mk-677 honestly. Taking 12.5mg ed or even eod at times has been the edge I've needed in the past to control it, and you end up having that radiant skin look that pregnant women often get.

Holy fuck bro 8g??? Here I am thinking 3g is a lot, I'll have to try this mega dose out.

Yeah it helps, I fell off it and got inconsistent with it the last 3-4 weeks and I'm noticing breakouts again. Significantly less inflammation regarding when running Pantothenic Acid.
My problem as well. Last cycle it did help at high dose but the acne was already pretty bad when I started taking it. Might have turned out better if I had my system loaded with it to begin with instead of trying to triage the problem after it was already severe.

Have you noticed a difference at 3g?

Alright guys, have you experienced any negatives associated with such doses? Im honestly interested here but I just cant wrap my head around that type of dosage not wreaking absolute havok elsewhere and in potentially hidden areas... I know Derrick from MPMD has expressed some concern for potential negatives as well, but I haven't really found anyone delving deep into it yet...

I was taking between 2-3g a day for the last 8 weeks of last cycle with no negative sides. All my research couldn’t find anything alarming or negative. Of course, I never took it all at once. I would spread it out throughout the day, usually with food.

Vitamin D as well, can help balance out hormones too. Most of us are seriously deficient, especially in my neck of the woods where winter just won’t fkn end this year. Nothing beats sunlight for that. I’m prone to that seriously nasty cystic acne too.

Accutane cures it permanently I've found. After you're done with your run you can blast and the acne won't return. Speaking on myself only but it should logically happen to most others.

How long until you began to see it clear up on Accutane? I’ve tried it twice, but have fallen off of it each time after 4-6 weeks tbh. Just need to stay consistent with it.

Results after 2-3 months, was fully clear after 7. I didn't even have a cumulative dose in mind, just ran 40mg a day for the 7 months and it worked. Any side effects were short-lived and very minor (flaky dry lips, slightly more prone to sunburn and cuts). You read a lot of horror stories about it but for me it worked perfectly with very little detriment.

Did you run bloods on Accutane? Worried it might add too much stress on the liver with other compounds.

For me, a 4 months course of accutane permanently shrank my sebaceous glands. I now use adapalene gel nightly for the few minor spots.

Here is a a year and a half difference, blasting and cruising the whole time

Really 8 g vitamin b5? Imma try, worth the shot. How much should I start with?

Yep mk677>gh skin looks good but still get pimples. What compounds are the biggest problem for you?

How
I tried everything under the sun for years, nothing worked. Ran Accutane at 20mg-40mg per day until I hit the cumulative dose of 120mg per kg of body weight and that essentially cured it aside from one or two zits on my face occasionally. Well worth it. Just don't run the huge daily dose. Slow and steady. It's all about the cumulative dose.

How long did it take to achieve the 120mg per Kg?

Im taking 10ED from UGL, thinking of upping it to 20mg since side effects are mild/non-exist except dry lips on first weeks.

I weight 90kg.
