How many consecutive pins of DHB have you done (you mentioned using it sparingly)? Trying to gauge the primo pip using the DHB as a reference.. I’m on week 6 of DHB and it’s not the funnest thing ever lol
I've done 3 consecutively. I always get some night sweats on whatever gear but this was noticeablely more. I was soaking my bed sheets. One of the pins was almost crippling. It was the first batch of trips with the old labels. Maybe I had a bad injection. I've been mostly injecting into my quads

And that was only adding 200mg of dhb for the week. It could be all mental but I really don't think so. I think DHB is stronger than we realize. That's only my opinion

No offense taken. I could lean out more and maybe I should. I did absolutely zero prep for that pic. I went into the bathroom and took it. I didn't flex. I didn't do an arm pose. I took a picture of my legs but they look fat right now. So based on that pic what do you think my bf is?

Doesnt make me better than you. What makes me better is my self awareness and my respect for others. You don't make me angry, just sad. Mental illness is a serious issue. I disagree. However people are always wrong about their bf. I have zero fat on my legs. The only fat I hold is in my stomach and lower back. You may be right. I appreciate the critique. It gives me motivation. Honestly I'm happy where I'm at. I thought I was around 8-9%. I know I'm holding water after my Sunday meals and again I have zero pump in that pic. I'll have my gf take some better pics with lighting and pump.
