I have no idea, but in my experience, policies that politicians think the electorate won't like are typically passed as soon after an election as possible. so there's as much distance between when it takes effect and the next election. Plenty of voters love their cheap Temu and Shein stuff and aren't going to be happy. Look at what's happened the morning after the election. A smart move, likely agreed to by both parties. Pin it on the guy who doesn't need votes in the future.

.... nothing!! Except maybe some peptides in a couple years.. I'm already old and have more juice than I really need to do as I get older.. Would be a shame if HGH, tb500 and bpc-157 became impossible to get.. especially as a person get a lil older!! Also I'd like to point out that gear is not cheap for a lot of people.. I have conversations with people in person all the time that are paying 70$ for a vial of test.. I come across this often..

Going to go out in a limb here and say peptides may be spared from all this. I hope it stays that way. They are legal, provided they're not sold for human consumption. You can order Sema , Tirz, or PT-141 from Sigma Aldrich or any other chem supplier without special permission. Peptide Science has operated as a totally legit US based company, but are masters of "plausible deniability" when it comes to insisting their products are not for human use which is why they've never been shut down.

The only exception is HGH, which isn't scheduled but covered by its own law, making it illegal

I think each has to weigh the potential cost of inaction vs possibly stocking up unnecessarily.

Unless you think prices will drop, so you're overpaying now, I don't see any reason not to be prepared, if you stick to things you'd buy and use anyway.

Mainly I think about we don't know what's going to happen tomorrow or if our favorite vendor will vanish or something like that. If funds allow, I don't see a reason to not be stocked for at least 5 years of everything you will want. Personally I think peptides GH them will be good for a decade or more in a freezer, oils properly stored will be good for a similar amount of time, but you might have to transfer them to a different vial if the stopper goes bad, and ancillary/pharma stuff is pretty much good indefinitely in the freezer.
