(US) Long term stash planning BIG Thread

This was such an unusual, extreme reaction by the FDA, I.really wish. they'd share the specific events that raised the alarm. I had seen something about reports of needle tips coming off inside patients(requiring surgery) and measurements off by as much as 15% on syringe barrel markings, but they've disappeared.
Damn! New fear unlocked, needle tip staying inside‍ O_o
Funnily enough I B&C and do my own injections (vastus lateralis, v. medialis, shoulders, quads and lats as I pin daily for stable levels) and guess what?
I am actually afraid of needles.

Yes. You read that right. The things that we do to ourselves..

Sorry for worsening that bro...

The thing is, it wasn't the whole needle, but literally the *tip*, so buried deep, not something you could pull from the end.

Something about the sharpening weakening the end. Noticed when the patient would move after the syringe was removed, and start screaming as they were lacerated internally by the sharpened metal fragment traveling around.
