Quick update, i have re-sent a new package to make things right, at this point things are pointing to me having sent the correct package to the address with a different zip code/city, this of course would have been a mistake of mine so i don't presume to hide that fact, I'm sure it wont be the last one i make either i don't claim to be perfect, i do however try very hard and once again i thank everyone for their support and also a special thanks for @ Boilermech for taking the time to "referee".

For the record, I told him I was in no way interested in getting anything reshipped. He is still absolutely refusing to provide me with the tracking number he states proves the item WAS shipped because it would "reveal personal information"

We all know there is NO identifiable information associated with a tracking number which is why post offices and every company from Amazon to Alibaba is allowed to share them with anyone. It's NOT protected info, but Spetz is claiming he can't share my own tracking number with me.

I told him I don't want the reship, because I'm not upset about the gear, I'm upset about being lied too, called a kid, disrespectful, impatient, and whatever else he has accused me of being without basis.

He then magically found my address from one of those "deleted" emails he didn't have (after I refused to provide it for a fourth time)

So yes, I refused to send him my address a fourth time, he reshipped it anyway despite previously stating he deletes all info after ship, and all I want is the original tracking number he swore he had over and over but will still, still, STILL not provide due to some made up privacy concern. He actually said a postman might take a lie detector test so he can't give me the tracking number. True Story... I can't have the tracking number because a post man... Might take a lie detector test....

As far as I am concerned his lies have completely unraveled around him and he is just grasping at threads to keep holding on.

So you sent him drugs even though he asked you not to? Look at the post below yours. It doesn't sound like it's been resolved. Now it sounds like you're keeping info on file too.That's not good.

I'm honestly just confused now..It's free, you didn't get it and were ignored in your opinion, you come here, he says he will reship, now you don't want it? Where do we go from here? It sounds like he wants proof that the package shipped. I agree with him. It would bother me that he sent me gear after I asked him not to. I would just want confirmation that the package was indeed sent and no info was collected, just for the sake of collecting. The last thing that bothers me is why he still had the customers info on file. This would violate the COC that you all hold dearly to your hearts. I'm not saying usaspetz is a scammer at all. I think he got a pass a little too soon with the COC, that's all. Seems like there's some happy customers and a few with concerns. Hopefully all turns out well but I have some concerns myself.

So much for keeping this one in PMs. This one was not easy to say the least. I thought that this was about to be resolved last night and turns out that it's not. He shipped the package because Nikk didn't respond until it was already done unfortunately. I wish they would have held off posting on the thread until I posted my conclusion but so much for that.
I will post more when I get home from work. Then you all can decide. How to go forward.

My second order was like that reason that he gave was they could only pick up WU 2 times a day and that he would hold my order a aside till it was able to be picked up. Hopefully that's all it is.

I only came here to warn other members about my experience with this source. He has attempted to defend his dishonesty to me by discrediting and insulting me.

The one thing has continues to claim as "proof" that he was never being intentionally dishonest, he still refuses to provide. (Original tracking number)

Im assuming I'm not the only one who thinks it's painfully obvious that he did not send the original package and is not providing a tracking number for this very reason. The logic behind not providing a tracking number does not make sense after this much scrutiny... During normal shipping, I understand, but at this point, it is just ridiculous.

I also know that with most packages, the tracking number will provide you with a zip code online to where it was delivered, so it would be relatively easy to pull another package that had a different zip delivered at the same time. Just my opinion though.

I am with Marcus. And what PII (Personally Identifiable Information) does the tracking number provide? Maybe I am missing something, but from what I recall it is simply: Date/Time, Status, Location (city, st, zip).
