I’m 29 6’4 202lbs
Test cyp 300mg a week

Did a couple cycles in the military when I was younger getting back into now. Just running test cyp at 300mg a week split into 2 doses. I started about 2 weeks, and the pics are from a couple days ago. Started cycle 210 and soft af, hoping to cruise to 235-240. I’d really like to be up to 225 or more come June. I’ve been on the leaner side my whole life, never really have to worry about body fat until recently. Get some stubborn section in the lower midsection and what not. Idk rambling at this point looking for advice and feedback. I’ll take better photos when my pregnant gf is feeling up to it, she’s convinced body building is gay oh I install appliances for a living, carry fridges up stairs several times a day. Train 6 days a week now that I’m on test. Eat 4500 calories a day not to strict with a diet at this point just trying to put on mass while being semi nice to my heart

Wont touch tren nd she just thinks watching posing videos is gay. The sport kinda freaks her out but overall she supports me and my dreams, the naysayers can chill the hell out. Want gains advice not relationship advice
 
Many women obsessively look at other women for beauty products, makeup, style, fashion, fitness/physique, etc. they look at loads of pictures and videos of women's bodies regularly. Somehow that's okay but men looking at other men's physique, men who are purposefully showing their physiques, is not okay. I still don't quite understand why the double standard exists. Just tell her you're not gay but if she keeps harassing you it'll probably turn you gay because you're tired of her bullshit.

Good luck with your journey. That's an intelligent starting dose. From the past cycles, are you familiar with how much you aromatize? Do you have AI on hand? Are you going to PCT or cruise?

I don’t currently have an ai on hand, but I have one on the way, just staying vigilant. Hawking out the nips waiting to see what happens. I never used an ai in the past, and didn’t end up with gyno, more worried about it now that I’m older and know more about cycles and what not. So far my nips haven’t seemed more sensitive or any of the usual normal warning signs. And idk if it’s worth PCT anymore. I had my test checked my by the VA and it was only at a 436. I’ve been wondering a lot if hoping off is worth just to go back to a 400. Will probably just cruise and try to get the most out of the least gear.
 
Coming to the end of week 2 today, been feeling a little down the past 2 days, little under motivated by life in general. Don’t appear to be retaining any water nips feel normal, I assume it’s just my body getting used to more elevated estrogen levels since I’m without an ai rn. Would prefer to keep test low enough to avoid an ai altogether. From what I hear having no estrogen is way worse then a little to much. Hoping the mood passes tomorrow.

No reason you should not be there well before June. A couple of things to think about. First, maybe less than 6 days a week. You have a labor intensive job that involves lifting heavy things. You may need more recovery than somebody who sits for a living. See how it goes, but do not be afraid to take more than one day a week off if you feel like you need it. Second, take your "not too strict diet" and get strict with your diet. Track what you eat. Set macro goals and meet them consistently each and every day. For example, at your size, I would recommend shooting for 250 grams of protein daily. You can't consistently hit that, or your 4500 calories, if you are not tracking.

Plus, you want to put on the right kind of weight, and you mentioned health (being semi nice to your heart). Eat a relatively clean diet. Track it and be consistent. Push the fats low, push the protein high (eggs and meat) and push the carbs (oats, rice, potatoes sweet potatoes) as high as you need them at the time for what your goal is.

A controlled, planned diet is the best thing to do for a cycle that most miss, and then they wonder why the steroids did not result in them looking like they wanted to look. Diet is how you end up looking like you want to look. Control it. If your protein is only 201 grams that day, guess who is bringing a chicken breast to bed on a plate to eat while watching whatever is good on Netflix? Then plug it into MyFitnessPal on your phone, and, if you met your goals you can THEN stop eating for the day.

This is the number one thing you can do to meet your goals.

Tracking is not just for cutting. It is for growing, too.

Don't "guess." You'll get half assed results. Why waste this time when you are enhanced with hormones? Optimize your results by optimizing your process.

You need to get a blood draw for E2. That is the only way to know.
 
Waiting until I hit full blood saturation then I’ll get bloods done, don’t have a ton of extra money for excessive bloodwork, was planning on checking it every 2 or 3 months.

You doing this through a doctor/insurance?

Otherwise, there are a few discount services for people paying for bloodwork out of pocket. Check out the search bar up top. It's definitely worth the time and money.

If you have access to Marek or Ulta lab tests or something like that you can just order an E2 test by itself. The basic tests are not very expensive.

Nah out of pocket dude, my only health insurance is through the VA and they aren’t down to just test away on me for no reason.
 
We all said that... In less than 2-3 years you're on tren.
My body can’t handle tren, tried it as a young infantryman, quit the second I smashed a space heater against my wall because it was buzzing to loud. I used to do test enth and anadrol cycles rly enjoyed that. Probably to old for the anadrol now though

I’m not an angry person but I’m naturally quick to get angry i have been my whole life. And have healthy anger management practices in place now that I’m an adult, but if I’m actively keeping my self calm some days there’s absolutely no reason I should touch tren. Sounds like a speedrun to losing my girl and ending up in jail.
