Yep I am wasting too much money. Right now Im lifting for strength. I play semi-pro football and this is our off-season. Lifting three days a week currently.

semi pro ? don't the trainers load you up with free supps? Do you consume protien shakes ? Yes you can waste lots of money in GNC very quickly !!!! Focus on good diet and good work out program in gym..How many calories daily do you consume ? How big are you ? For the $ I like creatine and protien shakes..and of course your muti vitamins...

Were more "semi" then "pro". 6' 240. 3500 cals aday. Protein shake for brunch and right after the gym. All these supps. makes me think I'm improving myself, but for the money I'm not getting the results.

drop the fitzogen and the noxplode..that should save you a ton right there...get some unflavored creatine in bulk..mix yourself with juice..focus on lots of protien and lots of calories..I would change up my lifting routine also 3-4 times per year..keep on the muti vitamins...whenever you are ready try 500 - 600 mgs test enth for 10-12 weeks..you will get plenty bang for your buck[:o)]

How often do you work out? Along with high intensity in practice, every day or almost would be considered over training. It's also not adivisable to participate in high impact sports such as basketball and football during a weight lifting regiment. It will hinder you results contributing to overtraining. We grow when we rest, not in the gym. Right?

Not necessarily. Bryan Haycock has studies showing that protein synthesis is elevated 1.5 hours(I think that's the number) after beginning training whether you are still lifting or not. In other words, if you did curls all day long, for 24 hours, your muscles would still have begun repairing themselves.

I trained natural up until last year. I couldn't believe the amount of money I saved when i finally crossed over into the dark side. ;)

I mean, my first cycle (test 400mg/week for 10 weeks) cost me less than 10 weeks of NO Xplode would. And the results don't even compare. Protein is always a worth while investment. As for nitric oxide and other supps... Well, AAS increase nitric oxide production and creatine absorbtion... Protein synthesis and nitrogen retention... Among other things...

Yeah, I guess you could get a gain or two if you lift all day. Not me. My muscles are pumped after eight hours of sleep compared to 4 or five and no more than an hour in the pit.

I like that the gym is referred to as a "pit" or you could be talking about time with the old lady either way I like the term. I thought mixing rec sports into you work program was "a must" to keep the muscle from falling into the same routine? But hey - I think I'm done wasting money for awhile.

This is true, but your breaking them down 700%-800% faster than there repairing themselves.
