Finished out the week so so. The snow was extra energy spent when I couldn't really afford to spend it. Been feeling a little sick for a few days, kinda been shrugging it off hoping it goes away. I'm starting to feel better thankfully. Dropped a few pounds during all of this, just under 250 again. Been drinking water like crazy to make up for lost ground...

Nice work bro! Can’t wait to see month 3. I’ll be finishing up week 3 tomorrow. Scales not moving for in the right direction but if I’m losing body fat then I’m good.
 
Murdered my quads yesterday. Damn leg press. Last set on leg press was a 30 rep dropset. fml lol.

Not sure what the deal is but I'm getting some decent bruises, more than I care to admit, when I pin. Less bf% maybe, hitting viens more often? No clue.

In the teens for temp this morning. Cold as fuck.

I have been pinning my way below normal trt dose sub q.... next cycle I am going to pin sub q the whole time and see what happens. I have so much scar tissue in my muscles it is like pushing a needle through a stack of burlap sacks.
 
Back on that adrol today, for the last month of this training. Bumped a few lines and hit up the gym. Fuck yeah. Just the thought of using anadrol again got me going lol.

Hammered out a great back session. Need heavier DB's for rows. My gym stops at 125 and I'm pulling that with great form. Consistency with good form has been a fucking godsend for me. I've made so much progress since there has been an emphasis on that.

Starting to add in more shit as the workouts go on. Had some ab stuff to do and threw in some hyperextension stuff to make it a superset. Adding in an extra set here and there on random exercises, like an extra preacher curl set or two, Some extra rack pulls etc.

Trying to squeeze in as much real food as I can. That's actually getting tough now. My body is telling me to stop eating haha, this is where the men separate from the boys I think. Eat like a boss, lift like a boss, get sleep, rinse and repeat.

I take them as a pwo basically. That's how I've been doing it all along since my PL days. Adrol is like 3/4 hours prior to working out. I found some halo caps I made when I was cleaning last night. Yeah buddy!
 
And on a side note, I have some sweet.news. we've had snow accumulate 2 times so far this season. My driveway is a downward hill and sucks to clear off. I also need a riding lawn mover, yard is pretty big and has some decent hills to it. Well, the wife is now letting me buy a lawn tractor and a snow thrower attachment. Wicked fucking pumped over this. Looking at a John Deere E180. Some tire chains and a bowl packed with green and I'll drive that fucker all over town!
 
So beard trimming was painful today. Arms are pumped beyond belief from back this Morning! Literally took 2 quick breaks while trimming.

Also, I'm for the first time seeing what I would describe mature muscle in my outside lats. When I flex it just looks thicker and more dense than a few weeks ago. I'm seeing it in both sides. Sweet :)
 
Took Friday and Saturday off due to personal reasons. Diet was garbage, sleep was garbage, hydration was garbage. Pretty much a wash for a few days.

Back at it today.

Another good back workout. Really good pump and a solid connection with the muscle. Getting better at that mind muscle thing every week.

I'm with @insaiyan93 regarding chin ups. Fuck em! Haha. They suck but it's good to squeeze out a bunch of them.

I'm not hungry at all anymore which I assume is from the adrol but I'm not irritated when it's time to eat. I just eat. Seems to be fine so far. I did have a headache for the ages today though, another adrol side for me.

@HIGHRISK I have some drawings headed your way tomorrow.
 
@ickyrica really proud of your progress my man. I know things are hectic but keep focused on what makes you feel good and forget some of those problems while you are crushing the gym.

Thanks, appreciate all the effort on your end (WP too). The gym is getting all I have to give, I know that. The program destroyed me today. It was awesome. The weight is getting heavy again and form isn't taking a hit : )
 
Good job brother! Abs are poppin out nice. Also, just to address your lawn mower issue(theyre kinda my side thing) Get yourself to a local commercial dealer. Not sure how steep your hills are but a residential mower might just slide out on you. Scag, Exmark, Gravely and Ferris all make good home owner/low end commercial mowers. And you can throw on all the attachments you need. Okay- enough on that- keep up the good work brother.
 
Steep dude, steep. Not all of it is wicked steep but where it is, it is! All in budget for lawn care and snow removal attachment is 4500. All I could think of is home depot or Lowe's lol. Appreciate the advice

By the end of month 3 I'm hoping to be pretty carved up but still thick af. Putting an emphasis on core as the month chugs along.

How wet are you guys? It doesnt stop raining up here man.
