What 15 weeks of test and tren did to me

Thanks for your input guys.. Personally I think my training is spot on but my diet has been off like most of you said..
My test isn't fake but I think it's under dosed, my tren is dhacks and I know it's not fake because I could feel the blood pressure spike and the aggression..
I gained good strength and size everybody I know has said so the photos don't do me justice..
I'm 6ft 2 and about 16st

I also know I was running too much gear which was a stupid decision as I said.

I mean you definitely put on some size in your shoulders. But tren is a wicked drug. Definitey could have gotten a whole lot better use of it. Live and learn man. Was this your first cycle?

What's your diet and workout regime like ?
My diet sucks I've already said that, i intake about 3000-4000 calories most days with at least 4 solid meals the rest is through milk.
Training wise I've been following 531 as a base and use 5x10 with about 60-70% of my 1rm and then do accessory work on top of that. I'm focusing all my work around the bench, squat, deadlift and bb ohp and looking for strength over size.
I'm also planning to never take aas again after I finish this cycle because I feel they're not worth it. I assume most of you guys think I know fuck all about training and aas use but ive done my research. I know the sides and how to combat them as well as pct protocol and I've been training for just over 3 years, the only thing wrong is my diet which I'm finding hard to get on track due for other reasons.

Tren is good, I've just dropped it off, and running TRT level test only now. Prior it was about 150mg of Tren per week added. My TRT+ approach. Very limited sides. I'm noticing the power loss now, even from just that little. That sucks.... I want to go clean TRT for 2-3 months, give the body some rest, get clean bloods, see where I settle in weightwise, then do TRT+ for some time again.

I think people use much more tren than what they need. If I ever run it again I will probably be doing about the same dose as you. 50mg EOD

Thank you. I know that myself that's why I'm stopping it in a few days and I've only been on tren about 5 weeks now. Nah it's my 3rd, first one I fucked up cus I was clueless lol 2nd didn't go too bad but my e2 was too low through improper ai usage and it stalled my strength.

How tall are you and how much do you weigh?
How long have you been lifting?
I mean you did make some progress.. but it's time to go back to the drawing board and get your diet and training in check.
I'm 6ft 2 and about 16st, been lifting just over 3 years. My strength is up on all my lifts especially the big 4, I've lost body fat and gained size. It's not too noticeable in the photos but I can see it myself as well as being told by people that I'm getting bigger every time they see me. Need to get my diet on track just.

Yeah I definitely notice the missing power, and compared to 450 per week, when the bed felt like a big wet spot, at 65mg E3D, nothing really, some head sweat if carbs late at night.

Yup

Then i applaud your efforts. If you commit whole heartedly you wont be disappointed. Combine all that strength work with actual BB work and you can build some thing to be proud of. Your still green yet. You will find your way.

I dont understand this. Unless you recognize you have major holes in your game "its not worth it" doesnt hold much water. I can understand if you feel the potential negative things about AAS outweigh any positive you'd ever receive. Thats a personal decision. And i dont care if you do feel that way. Using AAS in the end isnt a terribly smart idea. But again thats a personal decision.

If i were you i would spend time camped in Nattyville. Get stronger and revisit this idea later.

Yeah definitely don't pyramid up doses. Take the same amount every week so that you can manage sides effectively. The body does much better on consistent hormone levels instead of fluctuating.
I see a big difference in your shoulders and traps and a little in your forearms.

Your tren was fake brother, I'm sorry. You can tell because:

1. Tren causes crazy veins to appear in places you've never even seen them before. You don't even have crazy veins on your bicep which is like Week 1 of tren. You should have veins all through your shoulders through your lower abdomen Etc.

2. You don't look hard. I don't mean this disrespectfully but when your on Tren your muscles get this rock hard look almost like Granite. I don't see any of that going on in your pictures.

3. If you're not sweating buckets at night and I mean waking up in a pool of sweat it was fake.

I don't think this is entirely true. I am on 700mg of Tren A per week (I know for a fact it isn't bunk. Bought tren from multiple sources just to confirm such).

I am more vascular, but not THAT much more. Noticeable, sure, but not to the extent you're speaking of.

I have somewhat of a pump throughout the day, but my muscles are not 'rock hard,' like you speak of. Definitely harder, but nothing insane.

Sides are user dependent. I get absolutely 0 night sweats. In fact, the only side I get on 700mg of Tren is a bit of insomnia and that's it.
