Felt good and strong. Will probably try 280lb on Saturday for same number of reps per set.
Tried RDL's again for the first time in a year instead of hypers. Realized almost after my first set that Hypers work better with my body mechanics so I'm satisfied with having made the switch.
And finally single legged leg extensions.
