What dose it take to be a competive bodybuilder these days.

your physique is impressive.....I def would have placed you top 3 ...But if you keep getting cock blocked in the OPEN division maybe its worth trying the +50 ...? maybe you would dominate...you would be a young gun in it

You were easily their equal Shredded , I would stay in the Open division too. I know you impressed all the Mesolites here . Great to call you MEMBER ~Ogh

Thanks mate its great to be a part of this board, mind you it dose get a bit heated over in the steroid section from time to time, lots of name calling going on over there, I would say lots of peoples tren is working lol. Good entertainment none the less.

Im one stubborn mother fucker so this little set back may be the best thing for my career, im planning on doing the Arnold classic which is in Australia march 2015, this is week 16 out from the comp and I start my comp prep in 4 weeks.

Its put a fire in my belly and I already feel I made some improvements, the plan is to come in so hard that I will be impossible to ignore, I haven't been this fired up in a long time so lets see what happens.

Thanks for your kind words I can't tell you how much of a lift it gives me to receive such positive comments from total strangers half way around the world, it really is appreciated.

@shredded, now that your done with shows for this year what does your offseason diet look like?

Looks like this KFC, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, the local chineess and fish and chip shop lol.

Not really still pretty clean ATM as im doing a recomp style leading into the Arnolds in March.

So breakfast will be either 4 whole eggs with 300grams of Greek yoghurt or 4 slices sour dough bread with peanut butter and a protein shake.

Lunch will be 250 grams of pork, lamb, chicken, or beef with rice pasta or potatoes, I will vary these carbs according to how im reacting to them.

Post work out I will have 60 grams of WPI in 400mls Grape apple and Granbury juice, the WPI is not flavoured and this tastes amazing when chilled plus it doesn't bloat me like mixing it with milk would allowing me to eat soon after.

Dinner is whatever the boss cooks for me, last night it was a baked leg of lamb in the kettle Webber and I don't have to tell you guys how good these charcoal BBQ can cook a roast meal.

I also make up a protein shake and stick it in the fridge and drink it when im thirsty, its a bit of a secrete weapon but I will share it with you and the reason for it.

One litre of milk
100grams of Natural unflavoured WPI
100mls of Extra virgin olive oil.
100mls of chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, caramel or banana topping.
50mls of honey.

Sorry about the metric measurements I did have time to convert to Ounces.

Add half of the milk and all the other wet ingredients to a blender then blend until smooth, then add the WPI until well mixed and pour into a 2 litter container, add the remaining milk to blender and wash the rest out and into the 2 litter milk container, put in the fridge to chill and drink through out the day.

Reasons for this, Dorian himself told me he used to have a problem putting on weight and to solve that he drank milk every time he was thirsty, true story.

So I added a little to it, WPI to increase the protein content this drink contains about 130 grams of protein depending on your milk.

The olive oil increases the calories without increase the bulk of the shake so your not bloated all day long and can't eat, olive oil is a excellent fat to have in our diet and its health benefits in its raw form are undisputable.

Flavouring is to give me variety and is why I used a unflavoured WPI, im never board or stuck to the one flavour as I have so many choices, the simple carbs also come in handy should I use this post workout.

Shredded you look great on stage ! Impressive, and inspirational.

Thank you its nice of you to say.

This picture from the 2012 Australian Titles which was a better result, here you can see my legs are better defined as I wasn't cramping so bad and was able to flex, this was a great day as I took first place in the state and national titles all in one day. I will post more if you guys are interested including my favourite picture of all time.

Its a picture of me in my early years taking 3rd place next to the great man himself Lee Priest.

I wanna see your pic with Lee, he was actually a friend of mine when I lived in Scottsdale Az back in 2006ish. I met him at a Golds Gym there, was talking about him on bodybuilding dot com site he saw the message and told me to come say hi.

Long story short I did just that, he gave me his cell number and he took my gf and I out to dinner, I also saw the New Rambo when it came out with him which was way cool. He ended up moving back to aus so that was that not been in touch much, but hey straight up nice ass dude. He wanted to date my sister lol she was too scared of how huge he is.

Ok guys here it is, im really proud of these pictures because as I said at the start of this thread all of my early competitive career was done 100% natural no drugs what so ever unless you count beer lol. Here you can see just how far Lee is ahead of the competition, I can assure you standing next to him was one intimidating task. He was just so much bigger than anything I had seen before, everybody new that this kid if he stayed healthy was going to do great things, well the rest is history.

I threw in a black and white of my rear double bi just for laughs, sorry about the quality as I had to scan these to my computer, the pictures are taken on real film.

Lol! Yes i would say the Tren over in the underground, is working quite well for those frequenting that area! ;)

Dude that's badass...shit he was so small then...compared to now fuck he was a kid. Right on dude props on your life bro, glad to meet you. Much respect.

This was circa??

Thanks mate your very kind, I was lucky in a way but none the less its still one of my proudest pictures. I had to laugh at your comment on how small he was back then which is true but I can remember seeing him at the weigh in and thought to myself, holy fuck look at the size of this kid and he was just that, only a kid. I have a few more which may give a better perspective and if time permits i'll throw them up.
