When the state decides to mow grass on the highway during rush hour in one of the busiest parts of the country.
They decide to do everything they can to fuck up rush hour traffic. In my state they've closed the entire fucking freeway to work on it.

The people calling the shots in the DOT should be arrested for this.
In my area from 5:30am-11am then again from 1:00pm-8:30pm it takes 2-1/2 hours to go 25-30 miles. 11am-1:00pm it will take about 1 to 1-1/2 hours going the same route. So mowing at 3:30pm is beyond stupid and immoral.
The south, heartland and west coast besides LA has no idea how good you have it. I lived in Mississippi for a while and people were pissed sitting in 20 minutes of traffic.

When a crook cashier short changes me and then when I call them out on it they want to act like I'm the fucking asshole. I knew a guy back in high school who would do that. He said most people would never notice $1 missing from their change and that most didn't even count their change when he handed it to them.
