I ordered a new Metallica shirt from their official website for an upcoming show ill be attending. Cant wear my old one from the 90s cuz the mfer is only a medium. So i order a fresh new 3xL
Mfer shows up and its a fucking 4X!
And its a fucking GILDAN tshirt.
Everybody fucking knows Gildan has no idea how to make a shirt. Its square the whole fuckin thing. SQUARE! No shape. No fit. FUCKING SQUARE.
Top it off the mfer cost over $30!
Annnnnd Metallica wont cover the shipping costs for a return on their own fuck up

I literally came to this thread to talk about being pissed for ever relying on benzos to try and sleep better. Fuck that, let you go 1 day without them and it's almost 4am and I'm wide awake still

Benzos were as hard if not harder to stop than suboxone for me. I never even abused Xanax but took 0.5-1mg every night before bed for many years. When I stopped I didn’t realize I was physically dependent. It’s going to be an uphill battle. Stick with it. It takes a while to feel better. Good luck

lol I know benzos, booze and barbs are pretty rough coming off once you become dependent, might not be straight painful like opioid wd but it’s definitely worse esp when you need to be hospitalized because of tonic-clonic seizures or DTs. Usually whatever you were taking benzos for will end up becoming worse eventually. It’s definitely something you should only use occasionally as needed, like 2x per week, if used like that you avoid a most issues like tolerance, dependence, worsening condition etc

Gotta be careful bro. If it becomes to much and you take another one after being in detox for a couple days it could give you a seizure. Seen it and been there with benzos.
Maybe try tapering down a bit??

I just had one of those opioid shits but not from opioids I’m guessing from not drinking enough water after donating double rbc, you know the kind where you’re basically giving birth to nearly dry cement and you bare down so hard you worry about having a stroke or popping blood vessels. That pissed me off

More water and eat a lot of ground flax seeds. That will loosen it up. Up probiotics also

It’s not a problem when I drink around 8 bottles of water or 4 liters, but the 2 days before I only drank half that. Might try ground flax seeds tho

Yeah the flax seeds will clear you out. So will grape juice and prunes.
phenibut may be something I sub out for the benzos. I'm going to taper down on xanax to 1mg, I'm using 3mg at night right now. Then try to incorporate a little phen until I can leave the xanax alone

Yea towards the end I was taking 10-12+mg sometimes like even 20mg of Xanax or klonopins, definitely a good idea to taper if you’ve been on them for awhile.
