What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Sure.

take your chicken breast and cut it up into whatever sizes you want. for the seasoning I use salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric, curdamon (spelling?), and paprika to taste. Cover the chicken with flour and then dip them into a whisked egg and milk mixture. instead of bread crumbs i use crushed up ritz crackers or corn flakes. Place them in a pyrex dish and lightly coat them with extra virgin olive oil. Place in the oven at 375 for about 30-40 min depending on how thick they're cut and flip over half way through. Voila!
Making this right now, will post pics and my version later

Never got pics of the final product, kids devoured them

Making more tomorrow for lunch

Looking good! One suggestion if I may, I used to season the chicken like that but I found it seasons better if you put the chicken in a big bowl and sprinkle your seasoning on it. Then mix it around by hand, almost like your kneading dough. Then do the rest of the bread IMG process. Try it out that way and see if you notice the difference.
