Last May was having what I thought was kidney pain turned out to be a 1 inch gallstone. Waiting so long cuz the health care system has bumped me twice as it's not a "life threatening" problem. Smh I guarantee any surgeon that had to go through constant debilitating pain would have had the surgery same day lol

This has been going on too long @CdnGuy ---you need this fixed !!

A simple but delicious breakfast this morn, plus havent had bacon in a while. No more training this year, resting up to get ready for a bulking cycle starting jan 1. 10 lbs lean mass by june. If everything goes as planned prob gonna hop on stage.

I pay half that and have pretty damn good coverage, if i want my shoulder's repaired, they ask me when is a good time.

Me too, but i been eating clean for so long that im finding it a real challenge to eat more both physically ( i feel full much sooner ) and mentally. Everytime i eat a large , somewhat dirty meal, i feel fat[emoji20] a total mind fuck that if i dont get over it, i will fail to put on the muscle i need to bring up lagging body parts, and i will be doomed to a life of mediocrity [emoji15] then again , maybe im over thinking this!!!!

Bro! Last night I had a giant Hungarian pancake with beef goulash, meat pierogis and beef/rice stuffed cabbage!! What's fucked is I'm going back there tonight with a friend who's treating me and I'm eating it all again!

That is just the weekly participation costs. Says nothing about the out of pocket expenses. Obama fucked americas health care system and my families.
On the bright side i can put that 10k to use from here on out. That is ALOT of dough.

I literally spent 2 weeks in the hospital cost like 500k and I only paid $1,050 as a deductible....
