@thebrofesser have you tried adding all fruit to your oats it definitely helps after you grow tired of them the only sugar comes from the fruit.

Yeah here and there, it's hard for me to find anything I don't get tired of really quickly. Cranberry raisins were the go to for a month or two and then they made me want to vomit haha. I think I'll switch over to quinoa for awhile honestly

Yeah I'm the same way sometimes except when on tren then I can eat cardboard. That allfruit is kinda like jam but the peach is the business.

Smash up a ripe banana in with the raw oats (steel cut) then add maybe one packet of stevia. I always put a tsp to a tbs of almond butter in nine too and a no of cinnamon. I could eat that shit 24-7-365

Yeah I don't really have trouble with the oats it's the damn eggs a dozen or so a day. Going to start doing omelet or something.

I like muscle egg or just mixing two cups of egg whites with a shake once or twice a day, definitely helps me get in eggs without it being monotonous. I can't wait for winter so my diet doesn't have to be so clean haha bring on the options and the calories!!!!
