750 sust, 700 tren, 4iu growth, 500iu hcg, .25mg adex ed and I was running 100mg of var ed but I stopped a week or so ago. Sust and tren are the only superior products, others are another lab and growth is pharma.

I like the high dose Var in the beginning , then quit the orals after 4 weeks and let the injectables (and GH) do their job . I would also consider subbing the Var for Adrol though first 4 weeks if I was bulking , but never 2 orals at same time , not imo...

I'm fine without straps on deads, but for shrugs my grip gives out at around 7 or 8 reps on the later sets. I don't think there's any shame in using straps when you're isolating traps, and it allows me to really load up the bar. Those extra few reps bring the pain big time
