I found this online , it actually identifies 5 types of Keto diets . The first one is what we are after....The Targeted Ketogenic Diet.

Crab cake appetizer
2x 18oz Cowboy Steaks
1lb Seared Scallops
Roasted red potatoes
Glazed Brussels sprouts
Nice bottle of wine to top it off

That's how a steak should be cooked! Strong sear outside, and rar-ish.

Mine cooked them as follows (I’m far more comfortable with the grill and have shit for cookware):
-medium-high direct heat for 8 minutes (4 each side, 2 mins then rotate 45 deg, another 2 min, flip, repeat)
-medium-high indirect heat for another 12 mins
-rest for 10

A lil soybean oil wont hurt you , thats been exaggerated . But Id much rather ingest olive oil . I just started adding a small handful of peanuts (or other nuts) and a tbs of olive oil to every meal . I was eating too much protein and not enough good fats. Remember what the pro/fat/carb ratio is supposed to be to create ketosis....35% protein, 60% fat, and 5% carbs. Youve got to eat more fats than protein .
