Theres a few of us here that either was overweight (fat) or had some negative bloodwork (or both) so we decided to see if Keto could reverse this . Alot of studies have proven it can in most people , but like anything else you gotta want it bad .
I want it bad (to get rid of my central obesity)

Nothing negative coming from me thats for sure. Im in the market myself. Took a new job and all I do is drive so Im game. Nice to see everyone still carrying on. Peace.

Took the kiddos to sushi for the first time. My daughter likes the hamachi, just like Daddy.
