What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Back in my early 30"s I pushed a cart just like this for 2 yrs at a huge machine shop as their main parts expediter . But it was never loaded this much , Im gonna pick-up a few more blocks for the future....Ive tryed it as a warm-up for squats/deadlifts and after . I think I like it better after the leg routine , we will see....

Meadows has a training video for legs and they finishing the session with pulling slide across the parking lot ...
Was thinking about put in my leg routine as a final pump .
It's interesting he is actually pulling the slide not pushing ( I guess for more isolate the quads )

Ive been doing both push the sled and pull the sled . Its killer both ways . And yes I saw the Meadows video , hes right-on isnt he ...

Oh man the sled, wish my new gym had one. Pulling will absolutely blast your outer quads. Pushing will absolutely blast your calves and inner quads (think teardrop shape). Throw in some tire flips and heavy sledgehammer swings until burnout and you have an old school full body workout that will take days to recover from.

Starting to feel better all around, slowly climbing my way back. Breakfasts are starting to close in on where I was at, getting a full lunch and dinner most days too. Hopefully I'll be able to keep this up.

The wife made a killer batch of chili yesterday so that's a win.

Easy does it breakfast today. 6 large eggs, some dkb white bread and black coffee.

No pics so it never happened
